Yes, it is possible to delete a purchase order or sale order that is causing an error while importing data in BUSY. You can delete purchase or sale order vouchers by using the shortcut key F8.
Note: Take the latest backup of data before proceeding with any process.

To delete the item master in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu.
Step 2: Click on item tab then select modify option
Step 3: After access the required item in modify mode then press f8 shortcut key to delete the item.

If you want to remove a voucher completely if created it with wrong details in BUSY, then you can cancel it by pressing ALT+X after opening the voucher.
Alternatively, you can delete that voucher by click on the Delete button or press F8 after opening the voucher.

Delete: To delete a voucher you need to open that voucher and click on the delete button or press F8.
Cancel: To cancel a voucher you need to open that voucher and click on the cancen button or press ALT+X.
Yes, it will affect your vouhcer numbering sequence.

To avoid future changes in the data, you can freez your data by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration tab.
Step 2: Select Utilities and click on Data Freezing.
Step 3: Select either Full or Partial and enter the freezing date then save.

To permanently delete a voucher entry in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction section then select the required voucher type like sales, purchase etc.
Step 2: Click on modify tab then select the required voucher.
Step 3: Now, press F8 shortcut key to delete the entry.

Reason for not able to delete vouchers from BUSY
 1. User permissions: If you are logged in with the sub user in the company and you do not have rights to delete vouchers in that case you will not be able to delete vouchers.
