To delete multiple accounts in BUSY, you can do the following:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Account and click on List. You can filter the list by All Accounts or Group of Accounts.
Step 3: Select the accounts that you want to delete and press F8 to delete them. 
Please note that you cannot delete accounts that have transactions or are pre-defined.

To Delete a Creditor from a BUSY below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then click on Account and select modify option specify 
the Sundry creditor name and open the master.
Step 2: Then Click on Delete button or can use shortkey F8 to delete the master.
Note: Only those masters can be deleted that is not being used in any Vouchers.

If you delete some important data, such as vouchers or masters, you may be able to restore it from a previous backup. To do this, you need to follow the steps to restore a backup and check if your data is there. However, if you don’t have a backup, you cannot recover the deleted data. You will have to enter the data again manually.

To delete multiple purchase types at once, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select masters option.
Step 2: Select purchase type option and click on list.
Step 3: After open the list select all purchase type by pressing shift+down key then press F8 to delete.
Step 4: If purchase type is used in any voucher then it will not be deleted.

To delete users from BUSY Accounting software, follow these steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on the User option.
Step 2: Open user from modify or list option.
Step 3: Select the user name you want to delete and press the Delete button or press F8 on your keyboard to delete it permanently.
Note: Take the latest backup of your data before any process.

Before cancel or delete voucher we suggest you take backup of your data 
 for cancel or delete voucher please follow these steps: 
 1. Go in transaction 
 2. Then select voucher type 
 3. Open voucher in modify mode 
 4. For delete press f8 or click on delete option 
 5. For cancel press ctrl+x or click on cancel option

If you have created duplicate item master then you can delete it by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master.
Step 2: Choose item then click on modify tab
Step 3: Select the duplicate item then press F8 key to delete the master.
Note- Item will not delete from database if any entry of such item exists in data.

Here are the steps to delete voucher in BUSY 
 Note : It is recommend to take Latest backup.
 Step 1: Go to Transaction Menu
 Step 2: Click on Sale voucher
 Step 3: Then click on List option and you will get a list of all voucher 
 Step 4: Select particular voucher and Press F8 to delete voucher

To delete the bill in BUSY, follow these steps: 
Step 1: Go to Transaction section then Choose the required voucher type such as Sales, purchase, sales return etc.
Step 2: After select the voucher, Click on Modify tab and access the invoice in modify mode
Step 3: Press F8 key to delete the invoice.
Note - Take the latest backup before any process.

to Delete Master in Bulk with Opening follow these steps 
1. go to the master under administration menu
2. open list option of account or item 
3. then select items with help of shift and down arrow key 
4. then press F8 
5. make sure that you have no transaction entered for particular master if have then you can't delete master.
