To delete Accounts in BUSY you have to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Master.
Step 2; Now click on Accounts. and then click on list option.
Step 3: Now click on Screen option and then select standard format option.
Step 4: Now select All Accounts option and then select all account.
Step 5: Use Key F8 for delete.

For deleting party master those transactions not exist you can go through below steps:-
Step 1: Go to Administration
Step 2: Bulk updation
Step 3: Delete unused masters
Step 4: Now select Type of master and press ok
Step 5: It will delete all unused master
or you can do manually one by one from:
Step 1: Go to Administration
Step 2: Master
Step 3: Accounts
Step 4: Modify

To delete a duplicate product or item from inventory in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master.
Step 2: Choose item then click on modify tab
Step 3: Select the duplicate item then press F8 key to delete the master.
Note- Item will not delete from database if any entry of such item exists in data.

To delete account list in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then select Masters.
Step 2: Click on account then choose list tab.
Step 3: Select all accounts of list then  press F8 key to delete the master. 
Note- If any entry exist of any account master then it will not delete from data base.

If you find any error in you voucher you can modify it by fillowing the below steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction then select voucher type and open list 
Step 2: Then select voucher and open then correct the error and save voucher 
Step 3: If you want to delete the voucher you can delete by F8 key

To remove deactivated item master from item list, you need to delete the master from data base by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu.
Step 2: Click on item master then select modify tab
Step 3: Select the required master then Press F8 shortcut key to delete the master from data base.

To delete an account master in BUSY data, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master.
Step 2: Choose Account then click on modify tab
Step 3: Select the required master then press F8 key to delete the master.
Note- Account master will not delete from database if any entry of such master exists in data.

If you cannot find an entry in BUSY, it may be because the entry was deleted or cancelled. To locate the entry you can check the related account ledger and if know the voucher number you can also search on it by press F3. If entry is deleted then you need to record that entry again.

To remove a voucher and re-enter it in BUSY, you can delete the voucher and then create a new one with the correct details. To delete a voucher, go to the voucher entry screen, select the voucher you want to delete, and click on the delete button. Then, create a new voucher with the correct details.

Step 1: You have to come to the main screen in BUSY and press ALT+CTRL+D.
Step 2: A window of Batch Deletion will appear.
Step 3: You have to click on the Voucher option and from there you can Delete all vouchers all specific vouchers in one go.
