If you are not able to login the company then check that the user name and password has entered is correct or not. If you forget the company login password then have to share data to customer support through we transfer.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for Company Password Reset :
 Step 1: Share the Company data with us in winrar form through support email id- support@busy.in
 Step 2: Attach the letter head Also
 Step 3: After Company password reset,we will send to you on email.

If you have forgotten your login password of BUSY Accounitng Software, you will not be able to reset your password by yourself due to the security of your license,You will need to send us your data attached to our email support@busy.in, including all your details and GST number. After that, we will provide you a user modification form for you to fill out and send back to us. Once we receive it, we will reset your password and send it back to you via email.

If you forgot your company's login usernam & password and want to reset that, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Create a backup of your company data
Step 2: Email your backup files to us at "support@busy.in"
Step 3: Attach a password reset request on your company’s letterhead with your BUSY Serial No., Contact Name, and Contact No. This will help us to verify your identity and process your request faster.
Step 4: We will send your data back after reset password As soon as possible.

Step 2: While sharing data with us you have to share some of your details i.e. Serial number, Contact number, Contact Name, and reference (In the reference you have to give name of the executive from whom you discussed the password reset.
Step 3: Within 48 Hours we will share your data after resetting the password on your mail.
