The company password cannot be reset by customers in BUSY. If you forget your company login credentials, you are required to share your data backup via email to support@busy.in. The email should be sent from your registered mail ID for verification and assistance.After the password recovery process, you will receive the data on your registered email ID.

If you forget the company login password then,Pls Follow the Below Steps for Company Password Reset :
Step 1: Share the Company data with us in winrar form through support email id on support@busy.in
Step 2: Attach the Company letter head 
Step 3: When the Company password get reset then we will send to you on your email Id.

If you forgot your BUSY password then follow the steps 
1 open BUSY and click to license management 
2 click on surrender softlock option 
3 fill BUSY serial number and register mail ID then click on forgot password 
4 now the password will send by BUSY to your mail 
5 open the mail and check the password

If you forget sub user password so can reset by open company with admin user and then go for admin - user - modify - and can reset password.
But If you forget admin password of the company so you need to send data at our end in support@busy.in and we will revert you after resetting password.

You can do these following steps for recover Admin login credentials:
Step 1: Take backup of your data.
Step 2: Create it in zip form or in archive form with help of winrar.
Step 3: Then share data with us on our support mail id with your serial no. details.
Step 4: Then we will check & revert you back.

If you are getting invalid login credentials while login BUSY data, please cross the the user name and password which you are entering to login. in case of forget user name and password or your data, you need to share you data backup in our official mail id at support@busy.in from your BUSY registered mail id.

BUSY will ask you to create username and password while creating company in BUSY. If at the time of company creation you have not created user credentials and after company creation you enable the user authentication then it would create BUSY as username and password default. Furhter you will have a option to edit it.

Step :3 Open BUSY data Folde & Copy DB Folder
Step :4 Email to Db file Support@busy.in along with all Deatailes Like BUSY Sl No & Contact Detailes

if you forget the password of company then you need to share the data on support@busy.in With below nessessry Details
1. User Need to Share data form Register emailID with BUSY.
 2. if users donot have register eMail ID then they need to request on letter head with GST No with company stamp & Signature.

To access your data, you need to share your data with us on our official mail id support@busy.in. Once you share your data, it will be unlocked or password will be reset by our team.And it will shared you in response to your mail. Without your permission, no one can access your data.
