if you are forget your company username and password you need to contact us on e-mail from your registered e-mail id
send your current working data to support@busy.in with your license details and with your company letterhead our support team will revert you on the same e-mail after reset your company username and password

To change the password in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to administration menu and select users option.
Step 3: Then click on modify option and select the user for which you need to modify password.
Step 4: Then edit the password and click on save button.

If you forget the company login password then,Pls Follow the Below Steps for Company Password Reset :
 Step 1: Share the Company data with us in winrar form through support email id- support@busy.in
 Step 2: Attach the letter head Also
 Step 3: After Company password reset we send to you on email.

To Reset the password of the company if you are unable to login into the company in BUSY you
have to share data with us with basic details that is serial number, contact number, Contact Name
at support@busy.in then we will send your data after resetting the password on your mail within 48 hours.

If you forget your login credentials and want to reset it then you must share your data backup via email to support@busy.in. The email should be sent from your registered mail ID for verification and assistance. After the password recovery process, you will receive the data on your registered email ID.

First kindly check your possbile password in your co. like user name and password -BUSY/BUSY or a/a if stili same then you have to share your company data on our suport@busy.in mail from your registered mail ID for password reset.We will then reset your company password and share it with you.

If you have forgot the admin user id and password of your company then you need to share your data on support@busy.in from registered email id for password resetting. If not have the registered email id then you need to share the request on company's letter head.

If you want to reset passwords or get login access if an employee leaves the company, with below possible option:
1. You have to note your User name and password.
2. if not noted then you have to send data db. file for recover the passward on support ID
