If your BUSY shown any error in operating, you can try below troubleshooting steps:
Please make sure to take latest backup of your whole data before doing any troubleshooting.
Step 1: If BUSY freezes and you cannot close or access it, you can use the Task Manager to force it to close and then reopen it.
Step 2: If BUSY crashes, you should first check if there is any RTE (run-time error) message before the crash and when it occurs, whether it is when you open BUSY, a specific data file, or while working in any data file.
Step 3: If BUSY crashes while working or opening any data file then can run Reindex Database from housekeeping/Company menu.
Step 4: If BUSY crashes while opening software then make sure that BUSY latest version installed.
Step 5: Make sure BUSY run as administrator.
Step 6: Check any antivirus blocked BUSY.
Step 7: Check after reinstall BUSY.
