If you are facing an error code 13 while uploading data through bdep in BUSY then you can check by update the BUSY release as no such issue found in updated BUSY. To update the BUSY release, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY application
Step 2: Click on Company menu then select the Check BUSY update option from it.
Step 3: Now speciFinancial Year the path to download the update setups then click on Download updates tab. Two setup files will appear in specified path.
Step 4: Afterward, go to the location where the setup file was downloaded, and install both the product and statutory setup individually in the same folder where BUSY is installed.
Step 5: After the installation, your BUSY software will be updated.
Note: Take latest backup of your all data before upgrading.

If you are unable to access BUSY, please go with the following troubleshoots:
Step 1: you should first check if there is any RTE (run-time error) message before the crash and when it occurs, whether it is when you open BUSY, a specific data file, or while working in any data file.
Step 3: If BUSY crashes while working or opening any data file then can run Reindex Database from housekeeping/Company menu.
Step 4: If BUSY crashes while opening software then make sure that BUSY latest version installed.
Step 5: Make sure BUSY run as administrator.
Step 6: Check any antivirus blocked BUSY.
Step 7: Check after reinstall BUSY.

Step 1: Disable antivirus or exclude BUSY from antivirus properties.
Step 2: Right-click on the program icon and select Properties from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Select the Compatibility tab. Under Compatibility mode, check the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode then select Apply and OK.
Step 4: Drag UAC user account control down from window search option.
Step 5: Then set correct date, time and region, locale as united kingdom from control panel.
Step 6: Restart system in order to see the effect of change.
Step 7: If still faces the same problem then try updating the software to the latest release.

If you are facing run time error 57 and BUSY7.dll file missing error, you can reinstall BUSY by following these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Open the control panel then go to programs and features option.
Step 3: Right click on BUSY setups and uninstall the same.
Step 4: Now, Go to busy.in site then click on resource and choose the download option.
Step 5: Click on download the BUSY latest version.
Step 6: Next, double click on setup and install the same.
Step 7: After installation, open the BUSY and set data directory.
Note - Before installing BUSY, you can cut the system folder that exists in the BUSYWin folder where BUSY was previously installed and paste it into another folder.

To troubleshoot the RTE-430 error that occurs while opening BUSY agent, then follow these steps:
1. VeriFinancial Year System Requirements and compability 
2. Ensure that you are using the latest version of BUSY software and BUSY agent. Updates often include bug fixes and compatibility improvements.
3. Uninstall BUSY and BUSY agent, and then reinstall the latest version of bus and BUSY agent in fresh folder. 
4. Try running both in compatibility mode. Right-click on the BUSY and BUSY agent, go to Properties and click on Compatibility tab.
5 Try to run both with administrator. Right-click on the application and and select Run as administrator.

Find out the steps to follow if your BUSY license is not working
 Step 1 : First revaildate your softlock license 
 Step 2 : If license file is missing copy paste your license file in BUSYwin folder
 Step 3 : If its showing hdd mismatch or machine id mismatch then re register your softlock license 
 Step 4 : If you are using BUSY dongle license then first change the port of dongle and 
 Step 5 : Then check that dongle in another system if is not working in that system also
