Can I export data in CSV format instead of Excel?How do I update to the latest release of BUSY?

A: Yes, your export BUSY report in CSV format instead in excel. 
 when you export any resport select data format CSV & then export 
 B: For update BUSY setup please follow the below steps:
 1: take backup : close company & then go to comapny menu select backup option then select your company & specify the user name & password of a company & then sepcify the backup location & press on ok tab
 2: After close the company Go to Company menu 
 3: Click on check BUSY update and then tick on product & stat updates and then 
 4: Specify location in download path and then click on download updates
 5: Then you have to open that location then you found two setups one is product uodates & 2nd one is stat updates
 6: we have install both setups one by one press right click on setup & then run as administrator & then click on yes
 7: click I accept and next and you have install BUSY both setup in which folder BUSY setup already installed 
 8: did the same for rest setup and the you can open your BUSY
