How can I add multiple addresses and print names for a single account?
You can add multiple addresses and print names for a single account by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration button
Step 3: Then click on featues and option
Step 4: Then click on accounts tab
Step 5: Then tick the multiple account aliases option to enable it
Step 6: Then click on configure button and tick the specify different address details with multiple alias option to enable it
Step 7: Then save the changes
Step 8: Then go to administration menu again
Step 9: Click on masters
Step 10 : Then click on accounts
Step 11: Then open the account master from modify or list button
Step 12: Afterwards click on multiple alias option availble in the bottom and configure it and save the master
I want to reconcile my bank statement with BUSY. What is the process to do bank reconciliation?
To reconcile bank statement with BUSY you need to follow the steps
Step1 Go to Administration menu and click to configuration
Step2 Click on Feature options and select accounts
Step3 enable bank reconcilation option and save
Step4 all nesecery entries of bank should be done in BUSY to reconcile
Step5 To go display menu and click on bank reconcilation
Step6 click on Show uncleared entries and select bank and select the date
range to reconcile
Step7 select entries and press F4 to fill the clearing dates
Step8 after all entries pass for clearing go to reconcile statement and check
if showing any missmatch then enter on the error and modify the voucher

How do credit limits work in BUSY? Is it applied retrospectively?
Credit limits in BUSY are the maximum amount of credit that you can allow to your customers or suppliers. You can set up credit limits for each party in the Party Master window. The action to be taken when the credit limit is exceeded, such as Warning only, Don't Allow, No Action.
Credit limits are applied retrospectively in BUSY, meaning that they take into account the previous transactions and balances of the parties. For example, if you set a credit limit of 10,000 for a customer who already has a balance of 8,000, then the customer can only make further purchases worth 2,000. If the customer tries to purchase more than that, the software will display a message according to the action you have chosen.
How do I link payments to vendor accounts in BUSY
In BUSY, We have Bill by Bill feature which is used to Create and Adjust the party references in the voucher. Track Accordingly from Outstanding Report that for which voucher the amount is pending from the party.

I am unable to see pending bills for a specific party. How can I generate a report for pending bills for a single customer?
To generate a report for pending bills of a single customer, you need to maintain Bill by Bill features. To enable it please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Features/option and then click on Account tab
Step 3: Enable Bill By Bill Feature and save
Step 4: Press esc button & then click on master option from administration menu
Step 5: Click on account then click modify option and open a party account
Step 6: Eanble bill by bill option in party master and save.
Now, you have to create references in the sales/purchases/advance payments/receipt vouchers and adjust them when you add the receipts/payment vouchers against the sales/purchase vouchers and then you can check your generated bills receivable/payable report from outstanding analysis.
How can I change the default currency in BUSY to match my business needs?
In BUSY, When we create the company then the currency will show default as per the country selected by you. If want to use in India but want to add some transactions related to other currency then we have a feature of Multi Currency.

To regularize your entries in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration
Step 3: Then click on features and option button
Step 4: Afterwards click on accounts tab
Step 5: Then tick the post dated cheques in payment/receipt vouchers to enable it
Step 6: After that you can go to the transactions menu
Step 7: Afterwards open payment or receipt voucher as required
Step 8: Then you can select type as PDC and do the entry and save it
Step 9: After that go to administration menu
Step 10: Then click on miscellaneous data entry
Step 11: Then click on regularize PDC option
Step 12: Then open that report select that pdc voucher and tick that invoice and you can regularize it
I want to enable the Bill Wise Details option but do not want to do it for each customer separately. Is there a way to enable Bill Wise Details for all customers in bulk?
Yes, you can enable bill by bill feature in selected parties. To enable it in bulk, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on Bulk Updation and then click on Multiple Account Creation/Modification
Step 3: Click on Modify existing and select master key field name and then click Select Fields tab
Step 4: Select the Bill_By_Bll field from the available fields and remove the unnecessary field (op_amount) from the selected field by double clicking on the field which you want to remove and then save it.
Step 5: Click on Load Master and then select Account Master and then specify Y on Bill BY Bill column and then save.
Make sure you have the latest data backup of your company.
How can I enter the overseas buyer's purchase order number or reference in an export invoice in BUSY?
If you want to enter the overseas buyer's purchase order number or reference in an export invoice You can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration and Then Click on configuration
Step 2: Now click on Feature and option and then click on Accounts Options.
Step 3: Now enable Bill-by-Bill Details and click on Configuration and enable feature as per your requirement and click on OK option and then save the configuration.
Step 4: Now enable maintain bill by bill option in overseas party master.
Step 5: Now enter voucher for Overseas buyer ,enter all details and enter reference number in Bill by Bill Adjustemnt windwow.To print Reference No. you need to Design format.
