To imposet credit limit you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration and then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on Feature and options and  then click on Accounts tab.
Step 3: Now enable the Credit Limit option and then open the required party master and specify the credit limit.

Yes, there is option of bank reconcilation in BUSY 
To enable the Bank reconcilation option follow the below mentioned steps: 
Step 1: Go to Aministration and then Configuration 
Step 2: Click on Features and Option 
Step 3: Select Account and then tick on Bank Reconcilation option
Step 4: Click on Save or Press F2

Before you make any changes, please take a backup of your company data. To turn off any features in BUSY, follow these steps: 
Step 1:Go to Administration
Step 2:Configuration
Step 3:Feature/Options
Step 4:Choose the section that contains the features you want to disable.
Step 5:Uncheck the boxes next to the features you want to turn off.

The purpose of the auto-adjust option in bill-by-bill references is to automatically adjust bills on a FIFO basis. It works by creating and adjusting references for bills and receipts based on the order in which they were received. It is important to take a backup of data before using this option.

To adjust a bill against a reference number in BUSY Accounting software, you need to go to the payment or receipt voucher and select the reference number you want to adjust. Then, enter the amount to be adjusted and save the voucher. The reference will be automatically adjusted against the bill.

To allocate expense to cost centre:
 Step 1: CLick on administration
 Step 2 : Configuration
 Step 3 : Features and options
 Step 4 : Accounts
 Step 5 : Enable cost centre
 Step 6 : Enable cost centre in expense account
 Step 7 : Define or allocate expense to desire cost centre

To disable bill by bill you have to take backup and follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration and then click on cofiguration.
Step 2: Now click on Feature and options.
Step 3: Now click on Accounts option.
Step 4: Now disable Bill by Bill feature by untick on option and save it.

To assign commission rates based on products/items in BUSY, you can configure commission rates at the item level. This means that you can specify different commission percentages for each product or service in the item master. The software will then calculate the commission based on the salesman mapped to each item.

For Bill by bill refrence you newd follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Go to configuration click on Features and option.
Step 3: Select Account tabs.
Step 4: Enable Bill by bill details Click on configure and Enable bill by bill for all accounts.
It will show in voucher while creating invoice.

To create and manage multi currency:
 Step 1: CLick on administration
 Step 2 : Configuration
 Step 3 : Features and options
 Step 4 : Accounts
 Step 5 : Enable multi currency
 Step 6 : Enable multi currency in account masters
 Step 7 : Define multi currency in voucher as needed
