If you have different cheque format for printing and want to switch can change by two ways:
1: In Bank account master can change cheque printing format name.
2: From voucher - While taking cheque print from payment voucher in print cheque from voucher window can switch format for printing.

For locating the options for reconciling accounts in BUSY need to follow below steps.
 Step 1: Go to administration menu and select cofiguration option.
 Step 2: In cofiguration option select feature and option.
 Step 3: In feature and option select accounts tab and tick on ledger reconciliation.

For correcting wrong adjustment entries we can follow below steps.
Step 1:- can modify adjusted entry and change adjusted reference manualy.
Step 2:- Can clear all reference in bulk and then adjust in bulk on FIFO basis.

Curreny for International Transaction can be handled using Multi Currency in BUSY.
To Enable Multi Currency Feature in BUSY follow below Steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Click on Configuration
Step 3: Click on Features / Options
Step 4: Click on Accounts
Step 5: Click on Multi Currency
Step 6: Click on Save

To track expenses for each site separately in BUSY, you can utilize the "Cost Center" feature. By assigning each site as a separate cost center, you can allocate and track expenses specific to each site individually. This allows you to analyze and monitor expenses for each site separately.

If you want to maintain account category in BUSY please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration submenu
Step 2: Click on features and options then click on accounts tab
Step 3: Tick the option of account category to enable it and save the changes

When reconcile bank statement in BUSY. Make sure that you have used the bank reconciliation feature and cleared the entries as per bank statement from F4 Shortkey. Also ensure that all the pending bank entries has been properly get carry forward in next financial year if exists.

To turn off the GST in the company from the below steps if the transaction has not been entered in BUSY.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configurations
Step 3: Then Features and Options
Step 4: Then GST VAT Option
Step 5: Then untick the GST option and save it.

Yes, BUSY provide audit trail feature to maintain the record of voucher:
Step 1: Go to display menu 
Step 2: Then click on check list option 
Setp 3: Then Click on Audit trail option 
Step 4: Here you can select USER and check the user wise voucher data

If you use the Multi-currency feature in BUSY, you can manage the currency fluctuations by posting Forex Gain / Loss vouchers. You can generate these vouchers automatically by selecting the option “Auto Generate Forex Gain / Loss Voucher” under the Bulk Updations menu in the Administration tab.
