To set up automatic opening and closing stock balances in BUSY, you can go to Administration > Configuration > Features & Options > Accounts > Balance Sheet Stock Updation. From there, you can configure the settings to automatically update the opening and closing stock balances based on your inventory transactions.

Bill By Bill:
This feature is used to view Bill by pendancy of amount against any invoice
Follow Below Steps:
Click on
Step 1:- Administration
Step 2:- Configuration
Step 3:- Feature & Options
Step 4:- Accounts
Step 5:- Bill by Bill Details
Step 6:- Enable this feature and now we can create bill by bill references for each bills.

To view the salesman commission in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration.
Step 2: Click on features and options go to accounts tab.
Step 3: Enable salesman features and save.
Step 4: Now add transactions 
Step 5: Go to display choose commission calculation and check report.

The references window doesn't appear automatically when creating a new voucher in BUSY. It only appears if a reference has been previously created for that voucher or if the "Auto Create Reference" option is turned off. In that case, the reference must be manually created in the reference window.

If you want to change currency or exchange rate while creating export invoice you may follow some steps:
Step: 1 Enable multicurrency option from account tab.
Step: 2 Then enable from party master.
Step: 3 While creating export invoice currency details window appear, so can enter currency or exchange rate in it.

Auto-create party references automatically creates bill references in the background without the need for manual creation, on the other hand auto-adjustment refers to the automatic adjustment of bill references created by fifo basis.
Note: Before enabling or disabling these two options make sure to take latest backup of the data.

When you open commission calculation report in BUSY it will also include the sales return and calculate the commision on the net amount. You just make sure that you have mentioned the salesman / broker name in the sales return voucher. And cancelled voucher will not be show there.

To enable Bill by bill feature in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose features/option then select account tab
Step 3: Enable bill by bill feature and save the configuration.
Note- You need to enable maintain bill by bill feature in account master.

If you want to create new Cost Centre in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu and click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Cost Centre and click on Add.
Step 3: Enter all the necessary details such as Name, Group, Op. Balance( If any) and save.

Please follow the below given steps to open commission report :
Step 1: Display
Step 2: Commission calculation report
Step 3: Click on Sale/purchase
Step 4: Select salesman (One salesman or all salesman)
Step 5: Open report
Note - You can post a commission voucher using the F4 shortcut key in the commission calculation report.
