How do I pay commission to a broker in the software?
To pay commission to a broker in BUSY follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to display then commission calculation
Step 2: Select date range and salesman then open report
Step 3: Press f4 to post voucher of payment of commission to salesman
Can I rename or delete an account category after creating it?
Yes, We can Rename & Delete Account Category. Follow Below Steps:
Click On
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Account
Step 3: Modify
Step 4: Account Category
Step 5: Press ALT+M to open the Category & Rename it
Step 6: Press F8 on that Category for Deletion.
What are the size limits for scanned document images?
As such, there are no specific limit for sacnned image in BUSY but you will need to maintain the size of the image lesser than 1 MB as large size of image may lead to discripencies in voucher entry and report
How are bill references created in BUSY?
You can configure BUSY to generate bill references automatically or manually. To do this follow these steps:
Step 1:Go to Administration
Step 2:Configuration
Step 3:Feature/Options
Step 4:Accounts
Step 5:Bill by Bill Details.
Here, you can choose whether to auto-create party references in sales or purchase vouchers.
What all salesman-wise reports can be generated from BUSY?
From BUSY, you can generate various salesman-wise reports such as the Salesman-wise Sales Report, Salesman-wise Purchase Report, Salesman-wise Payment Report, and Salesman-wise Commission Report. These reports provide detailed information about the sales, purchases, payments, and commissions associated with each salesman.
I am unable to find the option to enter the instrument type in BUSY. How can I enable it?
To enable the option to enter the instrument type in BUSY, go to Administration, Configuration, Features option, Accounts tab and enable Maintain Bank Instrument Details option. Then, while entering accounting transactions, select the instrument type for the payment mode used.

Step 3:- Bill Receivable/Bills Payable
Step 4:- Here we can track bill wise pending of invoices and handle multiple payment

This feature is used to view Bill by pendancy of amount against any invoice

Can I have different brokerage settings for different price levels of an item?
We have option to maintain broker at item level. But we can not define brokerage for different price in item level.
Here we can manually charge item 2 times in voucher with different price and can select brokers 2 times.
