How to find top selling salesmen in my company using BUSY?

In BUSY, you can find the top selling salesmen in your company by generating the "Salesman-wise Report" from the Reports section. This report will provide you with the sales figures for each salesman, allowing you to identify the top performers.

Where can I specify the salesman while making a sale entry?

You can specify the salesman while making a sale entry in BUSY by selecting the salesman in the party master section. This links the salesman to the invoices created for that party, allowing you to track sales by each salesman.

Do I need to re-save purchase return vouchers after enabling "Posting in Accounts through Sale Return and Purchase Return" for them to show properly?

Once you enable the "posting in accounts through sale return and purchase return" option from 
the accounts tab in BUSY, you will need to resave the purchase return voucher in order
for it to be reflected in the party ledger.

The cheque template I created in BUSY isn't formatting properly when I try to print cheque. What should I do.

If your cheque template not printing cheque properly you may modify the format fields by the following ways:
Step: 1 Go to the administration - configuration - cheque printing configuration.
Step: 2 Configure cheque printing label and then check by printing.

My reference numbers are missing for some transactions. How can I get the reference numbers to show properly?

You need to modify all the transactions on which the reference numbers are not visible and you need to specify the reference details on the bill by bill window in BUSY so that the reference number is visible properly.

Why is the cost center not showing up when I create a purchase order in BUSY?

The cost center is not showing up when creating a purchase order in BUSY because it is related to expense or income allocation and in item master we can tag expense or income ledger for sale or purchase only.

Once I enable Account Categories, where will the field show up?

Account categories option comes under
Step 1:- Administration
Step 2:- Configuration
Step 3:- Features and Options
Step 4:- Accounts
Step 5:- On the left-hand side, you will find an option called Account Category. Enable it and save the settings.
This field show in account master.

How are bank account groups handled in BUSY

In BUSY Software, predefined bank account groups such as 'Bank Account' and 'Bank O/D Account' should be selected, or if necessary, a new group can be created under these categories. This facilitates more efficient management and tracking of transactions.

How do I remove the category option?

To remove Category Option, from BUSY ,please follow below steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administrattion menu
Step 2: Select Configuration menu and choose Feature and option
Step 3: Select Accounts or Inventory
Step 4: Untick the option Maintain Account/Item Category

How to enable Salesman Brokerwise Reporting feature?

To enable the Salesman Brokerwise Reporting feature in BUSY, go to Administration, then Configuration, and select Features and Options. Under Accounts, enable the Salesman Brokerwise Reporting option. This will allow you to track sales data salesman-wise in the software.
