How to view my total sales figure across all salesmen?
In BUSY, there is currently no feature available to view the total sales figure across all salesmen. The software allows you to view sales figures on a salesman-wise basis, but not in a consolidated manner across all salesmen.
Where can I check the cost centre reports in BUSY?
To check the cost centre report in BUSY then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on display and then cost centre reports
Step 2: Then can view the cost centre trial, ledger and summaries as per your requirement.
How do I disable the multi currency feature in BUSY?
To disable the multi currency feature in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose features/option then select account tab
Step 3: Untick on multi currency feature and save the configuration.
How does the item level commission work?
If Salesman is using at Item Level, then either we can fix it Salesman name & Commission in the item master or we can specify it during voucher entry. In Display can check Item wise report also.
How can I create a new reference number if the same reference number is already used for a party in a previous year?
For create a new bill reference follow these steps:
step 1: Open voucher and save
step 2: After save show bill reference window in window you can take new reference and mention reference number as per your requirement.
How are salespeople differentiated from brokers in the system? Do they have different commission capabilities?
BUSY treats salespeople and brokers as the same. You can use the caption Salesman / Broker in the Salesman / Broker configuration tab. Their commission capabilities depend on the rates that you specify during the configuration process.
I am trying to print checks but the option is not enabled. How do I enable check printing in BUSY?
You can enable the cheque printing from the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configuration
Step 3: Then Features and Options
Step 4: Then Accounts
Step 5: Enable the cheque printing option
I have regularized a PDC entry but now need to undo it. How can I un-regularize or reverse the entry?
Their is not direct option to undo if any PDC entry is regularized. However, you open the payment and receipt voucher and change the Type again as PDC and enter the PDC Date then save changes.
My discount scheme expired earlier than expected in BUSY. How do I extend the date range for the scheme?
In BUSY, once a scheme has been used, you cannot extend the date range for that scheme. If you need to extend the scheme, you must create a new scheme master with the updated date range.
I am getting asterisks/stars instead of actual check details when trying to print checks. How to resolve this?
The issue of getting asterisks/stars instead of actual check details when trying to print checks can be resolved by checking the Print Utility settings and ensuring that the correct check paper size and layout is selected.
