If you are getting an invalid password error when trying to use your digital signature, you can try below Steps: 
Step 1: Double check your Password/PIN which you entered.
Step 2: Check can you able to login your DSC application with same Password/PIN.
Step 3: Check .net framework 3.5 or above installed in your system.
Step 4: Make sure single BUSY version installed in your system. If not then remove all old version and install latest version ( Make sure to take latest backup of your data).
Step 5: Reinstall your DSC certificate from control panel.

To change digital signature configuration from one system to another, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Remove Digitala signature(DSC) from one system to another
Step 2: Run the DSC installer
Step 3: Open BUSY and go to the company for which you want to configure the digital signature.
Step 4: Go to the Administration tab, Configuration, Feature Options, and then the General tab.
Step 5: Enable the option "Apply Digital Signatures in Invoice Document", specify vendor name as BUSY 
Step 6: Mention Digital signature certificate and its password, click "Save".
Step 7: Save the General Tab configuration also

If the feature is set to yes but the sign is not appearing in BUSY , you should check if the DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) is properly configured and inserted into the system.Please follow below steps:
Step 1:   Connect DSC dongle with system   
Step 2:   Enable  digital signature feature fron General Tab    
Step 3 :  Select Digital Signature Vendor Name  BUSY and add DSC  and password 
Step 4: Make Invoice and export in PDF will show with Digital Signature

To save your digital signature properly in BUSY so it displays correctly on documents, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1 : Connect your digital signature DSC dongle to the system.
 Step 2 : Open the document you want to sign in BUSY.
 Step 3 : Go to the Digital Signature tab and select your signature.
 Step 4 : Check the preferences to ensure that the signature preview is not shown, but only the export is enabled.
 Step 5 : Export the signed document as a PDF.

For Digital Signature, Have to purchase from the DSC Provider. Pls Follow the Below Steps.
Step 1: Make sure in the system should have properly installed setup and DSC Tool. DSC dongle should connect on the system in which want to use it .

Step 3: Configuration
Step 4: Features & Options
Step 5: General
Step 6: Enable the Digital Signature option
Step 7: Click on Configuration
Step 8: Select the Vendor Name
Step 9: Specify the Certificate name & password.
Step 10: During PDF print of voucher, Enable the option apply digital signature.

To speed up DSC authentication in BUSY, you can try the following steps: 1. Ensure that your DSC token is properly connected to your computer. 2. Make sure that the DSC drivers are installed and up to date. 3. Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable and fast. 4. Close any unnecessary applications or processes running in the background. 5. Restart your computer and try the DSC authentication process again. If the issue persists, you may need to contact BUSY support for further assistance.
