If you want to disable digital signatures feature in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Launch BUSY and open your company.
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab and click on the Configuration option.
Step 3: Select Features / Options and click on the General tab.
Step 4: Set the option “Apply Digital Signatures in Invoice/Document” to N and click on the Save button.

User Digital Signature is used to make digitally sign the invoices in exported PDF format from BUSY.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for User Digital Signature issues :
 Step 1: Make sure that the Digital Signature Tool has been properly installed on your system.
 Step 2: Mention the correct vendor name and password in the digital signature feature under General tab.

To resolve the issue of being unable to add a digital signature to documents in BUSY, you can try 
 Step1:Removing and re-adding the digital signature component in BUSY. 
 Step 2 : Additionally, temporarily disabling the antivirus software may help in allowing proper functioning of the digital signature integration.
 Step3 : Re attach DSC dongle in other USB

To generate and apply a digital signature on invoices/bills in BUSY, you need to enable the "Applied Digital Signature in Invoice Documents" feature in the software's configuration settings. Once enabled, you will need a digital signature certificate provided by your Certificate Authority (CA). Configure this certificate in BUSY and then you can apply the digital signature to your invoices/bills.

For installation of DSC it is not needed to BUSY company code. but if you want to check BUSY company code.Please follow below steps : Step 1: open BUSY application and click on Company Menu 
Step 2: and click on open company you will You will see a list of company names along with their corresponding company codes.

In BUSY, We can mention the Changed PIN in General Tab. Pls Follow the Below Steps.

Step 5: Mention the Reset PIN in Digital Signature Option.
If the customer has forget the PIN then have to reset in Digital Signatue tool. For more help can contact to DSC Person.

If your digital signature dongle is lost or damaged, you should contact the provider of the dongle immediately to report the issue. They will guide you on the necessary steps to take, such as deactivating the lost or damaged dongle and issuing a replacement. It is important to act quickly to ensure the security of your digital signature.

Configuration required to set up digital signature in BUSY: 
 Step 1: Connect DSC dongle with system 
 Step 2: Enable digital signature feature fron General Tab 
 Step 3 : Select Digital Signature Vendor Name " BUSY" and add DSC and password 
 Step 4: Make Invoice and export in PDF will show with Digital Signature

To validate your DSC after export Invoice / Documents follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the PDF file with Adobe Reader.
Step 2: The signature will be validated automatically in most cases. You can also right-click on the signature to validate it manually.
Step 3: If the signature is valid, you will see a green check mark on the signature.

To validate your digital signature in bill PDF follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the PDF file with Adobe Reader.
