How do I use subledgers properly in BUSY to track branch wise transactions
If you are entering transaction with a party who have multiple branches, then you have to create subledger with the head office of the party
Please follow the given steps to create subledger properly
Step 1 Go on administration menu
Step 2 Click on accounts
Step 3 Click on add and create party master for head office and select GENERAL LEDGER in ledger type
Step 4 Again create a new party master for branch office and select SUB LEDGER in ledger type, then mention head office party name there
Step 5 Now enter transaction as per branch party and check report respectively
Receiving mobile alerts for invoices in BUSY?
From BUSY you can receive mobile alerts for invoices, for the configuration please follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on administration
Step 2 Click on configuration
Step 3 Click on feature options
Step 4 Click on enterprise features
Step 5 Enable alerts and click on configuration
Step 6 Add new format
Step 7 Select here on which action you want alert
Step 8 Select enable SMS or EMAIL on which you need alert
Step 9 Define here format of message and select API in case of sms
Step 10 In case of email alert, email must be configured in BUSY software
I entered an advance for an employee but it's not showing up in their salary calculation voucher. What am I doing wrong?

In BUSY, there is branch option which you can use to check the branch wise data which is available in the Enterprise model.
Pls follow the below steps for creating the branches :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configurat
Step 3: Then Features and Option
Step 4: Then Enterprise
Step 5: Then enable the multi branch feature
Step 6: Create the branch, mention the required branch information then you have to tag it in the user.

To fix employee salary error messages in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
1. Check the salary structure configuration in the voucher settings.
2. Ensure that the effective date in the structure matches the date you are entering the salary for.
3. Make sure that all the required components, such as Basic, HRA, and DO, are included in the employee salary data.
4. If any components are missing, add them to the salary data.
5. Recalculate the salary with the correct number of days and adjust the presentation date if needed.
