Step 3: Click on payroll configuration button and select the salary mode as per your requirement. after that enable the maintain accounting with payroll if required then save it.
Step 4: Go to administration and then masters
Step 5: Then employee and add by entering the employee details then click on salary structure tab, after that mention the salary component with effect from date then Specify the payment mode and save it.
Step 6: Again click on administration then configuration and vouche series configuration, select the salary calculation then required series and voucher configuration.
Step 7: Click on configure salary component tab and mention it sequence wise salary component and save it.
Step 8: Go to transactions and then salary calculation,click on add after that enter the type as salary and other required details. then press the downarrow key and click on pick employee manual then select it employee from the dropdown and save it.
