I can't see one of my company branches anymore in the sales reports in BUSY. How do I get the branch to show up again?

for get the branch to show up again, follow these step:
step 1: Go to adminstration menu
Step 2: select the option of configuration
Step 3: select the features & option and then select enterprize option
Step 4: then enable the enable multi branch details and click on branch details.
step 5: then click on add branch master and create new branch and add all the details in branch and also create series group and tag the all series which you want to show in that branch.
step 6: then you branch is created and you check sales reports on the basis of branch.

How do I add a new email ID for receiving notifications in BUSY, and what's the process?

To add a new email ID for receiving notifications in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
1. Open BUSY and go to the Settings menu.
2. Click on the Notifications option.
3. In the Notifications settings, you will find an option to add or edit email IDs.
4. Click on the Add Email ID button.
5. Enter the new email ID in the provided field.
6. Click on Save to add the new email ID for receiving notifications.

Can I set up different levels of approval for sale orders to avoid this issue?

Voucher Approval is used to give approval rights to some users for voucher and Masters,please Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Log in your company with the Super user and Go to Administration menu and then select the option of Configuration
Step 2: Select the Features and Options and choose the Enterprises tab
Step 3: here you can see the option for Enable the Master and Voucher Approval Option
Step 4: Select the Voucher Type Sales Order and Series then give rights as per your requirement.
Step 5: Can Approve voucher from F4 from Voucher Approval report Under Display Menu.

How are standard deductions like Section C calculated in BUSY for salaries?

The standard deductions like Section 80C are not automatically calculated in BUSY for salaries. They need to be manually entered by the user.
To add Section 80C amount for salaries, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Click on Features/Options and then choose Enterprise Features.
Step 3: Enable Payroll Feature and tick enable TDS on Salary and save the payroll configuration and Enterprise Features tab.
Step 4: Go back to the Administration tab and open a specific employee master from the master tab.
Step 5: Click on TDS Details and mention the amount manually in the window.

How to generate payslips for employees?

If You Want to generate payslips for employees in BUSY Follow These steps: 
1.Go to the Transaction Then Click on salary Calculation.
2.Three Option Shows Add, Modify, List.
3.Then Add the Voucher of Salary Calculation.
4.Enter Relavent details then Click on the down arrow.
5.Then Pick the Employ by click on Pick Emp. Manual.
6.Then add details like unpaid days/Paid days etc. Then save the Voucher
7.After Saving Voucher Option Shows for print Pay slip.
8.You Can Click on Modify Press Alt+P then Generate Payslip For One Employee or all.

Tagging transactions to branches and material center setup?

To tag transactions to the branches you have to create voucher series group and create separate material center in BUSY.

Step 1 Go on administration
Step 2 Click on Configuration
Step 3 Click on feature options
Step 4 Click on Enterprise features
Step 5 Enable multibranch details option
Step 6 Click on branch details
Step 7 Create here branches
Step 8 During creation of branch enable the option CREATE VOUCHER SERIES GROUP and Create MC
Step 9 After this process it will create voucher series group and material center for respective branch

How can I see the stock levels across all my warehouses/material centers when creating a purchase indent?

We can't see the stock levels across all your warehouses and material centres when creating a purchase indent window, but
We can see the stock levels across all your warehouses and material centres from the stock report. To see the report, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display, then select Stock Status, then select Closing Stock, then select Alphabetical, then select Balances Only.
Step 2: then select all items, then select the report date and relevant information.
Step 3: Press OK and F2 to see the stock levels across all your warehouses and material centres.

How can I add multiple business locations or branches under one company in BUSY?

In BUSY, there is branch option which you can use for your different location,state in the Enterprise model.
Pls follow the below steps for creating the branches :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configurat
Step 3: Then Features and Option
Step 4: Then Enterprise
Step 5: Then enable the multi branch feature
Step 6: Create the branch, mention the required branch information then you have to tag it in the user.
