Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Enterprise Features
Step 5: Enable Payroll Feature
Step 6: Click on Configuration
Step 7: Select the Salary Mode as Monthly
Step 8: Enable the PF Feature
Step 9: Select Salary Deduction and EPF 1 Contribution as per your requirement.
Step 8: Enable the Maintain Accounting with Payroll then select the voucher type and series.
Step 9: Mention the Payment Mode Accounts.
Step 10: Create Employee Account Under Administration then Masters
Step 11: In Employee , Mention the PF Component in Salary Structure with Date from which is applicable and Payment Mode.
Step 12: Voucher Series Configuration
Step 13: Select Salary Calculation Voucher type and series
Step 14: Voucher Configuration
Step 15: Specify the PF Component in Deduction.

To update employee information like change of role, salary, etc. in the system, you can go to the employee master in the BUSY,please follow steps:
Step 1 :Log in to your payroll management software.Navigate to the "Master" section.
Step 2:Locate and select the specific employee for whom you want to set up multiple compensation structures.
Step 3 :Within the employee's profile, there should be an option to add structures.You can add multiple structures for the same employee, each with its own effective date.
Step 4 :For each compensation structure, you will define details such as:
Salary or wage amount
Components (e.g., base salary, bonuses, allowances)
Deductions (e.g., taxes, insurance premiums)
Effective date: This is crucial. It indicates when the compensation structure becomes active.
Step 5 :Each compensation structure should have an associated effective date. This date determines when the structure goes into effect.You can set multiple compensation structures with different effective dates to account for salary changes, promotions, or other factors.

To set up for payroll and generate salary slip through BUSY enterprise edition, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu and select Configuration.
Step 2: Choose Features / Options and then click on Enterprise Features.
Step 3: Set Y on option called Enable Payroll and click on Configuration.
Step 4: Here you need to configure the salary mode such as Monthly Salary, Daily Wages, Production. Please watch the video by click on the play button available.
Step 5: Next, you have to create employees by going to Administration and click on Masters.
Step 6: Select Employee and click on Add.
Step 7: Enter all the required details such as Name, Group, Payment mode, Salary Structure, etc.
Step 8: Now, you can generate salary calculation voucher from the Transaction menu.
Step 9: After save the voucher you can also print the salary slip.

How can i make overtime voucher in BUSY?

If you want to make a OT voucher in BUSY please follow given below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration
Step 3: Then click on features and option
Step 4: Afterwards click on enterprise features
Step 5: Then select enable payroll option as Y to enable it then click on configuration
Step 6: Afterwards tick the enable overtime option to enable it
Step 7: Then save the configuration
Step 8: Then go to administration menu again
Step 9: Then click on masters
Step 10: Afterwards click on employee and you can add the employee from this option
Step 11: While adding employee master select overtime applicable as Y to enable it
Step 12: Then go to transactions menu
Step 13: Then click on salary calculation voucher and while adding voucher it will ask you type select it as overtime and you can proceed to create a OT voucher

How do I manage payroll/taxes in BUSY?

For implemention Payroll process in BUSY you should have Enterprise model of BUSY, follow below steps for further configuration:
Step 1: Administration, click on configuration option
Step 2: Select feature/Option, click enterprises features
Step 3: Enable payroll, set the required configuration as per your salary model, save configuration and enterprises Tab
Step 4:under Administration menu, Masters add employee Master and its salary and payment structure
Step 5: under configuration option, Voucher series configuration click on salary calculation select series
Step 6: Click on voucher configuration, click on configure salary components button
Step 7: set salary components structure orderwise and save configuration
Step 8: In Transaction menu, click salary calculation voucher
Step 9: Add, define date, salary type, month, no of days, mode of payment and click on down arrow
Step 10: Click pick emp. manual option to pick employees names
Step 11: Check salary calculation and save voucher
You can get salary slip print also

How can I configure separate GST numbers for different branches in BUSY?

To configure separate GST numbers for different branches in BUSY, you need to upgrade to the Enterprise version of the software. The Enterprise version supports multiple branches and GST numbers, allowing you to assign different GST numbers to each branch if you have same model so you can follow these steps- 
Step 1- Go to Administration and configuration
Step 2- After click on configuration click on Feature and Option
Step 3 Select Enterprise Option and Click on Option Enable Multi Branch Details
Step 4- After enabalement click on Branch Details Option and click on Add Branch master option
Step 5- Enter branch name along with enable another options as per your requirements and with seperate GST and VAT configuration. by click GST VAT Branch wise you can specify GSTIN With thier respective branch and save then configuration.

Configuration of servers at each office location?

If you are using HO and BO system in BUSY, then you have to configure sql details in server system
After that same information have to configure at each branch office location
Please follow the given steps in branch systems
Step 1 Go on administration
Step 2 Click on configuration
Step 3 Click on feature options
Step 4 Enterprise features
Step 5 Enable HO BO data sync. options
Step 6 Select here branch and click on configuration
Step 7 Fill here details of server system
Step 8 Mention company code of HO, Branch name created in HO, User id of branch created in HO
Step 9 Click on check connection, it will show successfull if all information is proper filled
Step 10 Click on read head office configuration and save
Step 11 Now enter some data and do synchronization
