Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu and click on configuration sub menu.

These are the steps to track the status of a bill in BUSY :
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on Feature and Option
Step 3: Click on General option
Step 4: To search any feature, press F3, and then specify the Tracking Number and press F2. This will retrieve the desired feature.
Step 5: Enable the feature by setting it to Y

Step 7: Enable the tracking number as YES for all the vouchers for which you want to track the status

Note : Subsequently, when you create a voucher, a Tracking Number window will appear, allowing you to specify the tracking information. After entering all the necessary details, save the voucher.

To address discrepancies in sales data missing from reports in BUSY,
Step 1:you can try checking if the sales data has been entered correctly
Step 2:Check the reports are being generated for the correct time period.

BUSY interface will be in english language but But sometimes it is required to print Invoice and other reports in user native language like Hindi, Marathi, Bengali and Arabic etc. To manage the same, user can enable Second Language Support feature in BUSY. With the help of this feature, user can set a second language which is other than English and can specify some of the Company,item and account details in that language.You need to install google input tool language in system.
To use Second language feature in BUSY following steps need to be performed:
Step 1: Go to the administration and click on Configuration
Step 2: Now click on Feature and Options and then click on General.
Step 3: Now Enable Second Language Support option and then in Second Language option you can see Language for which you tool and specify the Font size and save the configurtion.
Step 5: Check Company,item and account details,there you can see the option for second language and the details in second language.
Step 6: Now if you want to print it then you need to design format and Can contact to your dealer.
You can print invoices in local language by using the second language feature in BUSY. To set it up you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: You need to install the language input tool on your system first
Step 2: Next, open your company in BUSY then go to Administration menu and click on Configuration.
Step 3: Select Features / Options and click on General tab.
Step 4: Enable the Enable Second Language Support option and select the language and font size.
Step 5: Enter your company name in second language by going to Edit Company menu if required.
Step 6: Enter the second language for the required masters such as accounts, items, etc.
Step 7: Now, under the configuration menu click on Invoice / Document Printing and choose Standard.
Step 8: Choose the voucher type such as sale, purchase, etc. of which you want to configure.
Step 9: Go to the Second Lang. tab and select the details you want to print in second language and save.
For designed format, you need to contact the person who customized it for you.
Getting cancelled entries for the same item in my invoice, then you can review changes made by using these steps:

Step 2: Select Audit Trail, then you can select the Details to be shown such as Accounts Day Book, Inventory Day Book, Payroll Day Book, Other Vouchers and List of Master. This will determine the type of transactions and masters that you want to see in the report.
