How do I share a custom report format with others at my company

To share a custom report format with others at your company, follow these steps
If a sub-user wants to view an already created custom report in the database, they can access it by default. Alternatively, the superuser can make the custom report available to the sub-user in BUSY by following these configuration steps:
1. Open the Custom Column report.
2. Click on the "Tag usersoption.
3. Select the user.
4. Click 'OK'."

How can i change the caption of vouchers in BUSY?

To change the caption of voucher types in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose features/option then select General tab
Step 3: Specify Y to enable change voucher type captions then click on configuration
Step 4: Next, Specify Y for change caption for required voucher type and change the full name or short name.
Step 5: After update details, save the configuration.

How do I delete my bdep id in BUSY?

To Delete BDEP id in BUSY,you need to follow these steps
Step 1 Open your company
Step 2 Go to administartion and then configuration
Step 3 Select feature/options and Select GENERAL tab
Step 4 Now enabled BUSY data exchange platform 'BDEP' option and click on configuration
Step 5 Now you can click on delete BDEP id and it will ask for passowrd of exisitng BDEP id,enter it and will be deleted

What customizations can be done for designing invoice format and how much do they cost?Also what will be cost for other customisations in BUSY?

Customizations can be done on a paid basis, but the cost will depend on the specific customization requested. If you wants to customise invoice format it costs Rupees 1350 plus taxes approx,further depends upon requirements of format.It is recommended to connect with a dealer for more information on other customization options and costs or elloborate more about what type of customisations you are required in BUSY.

I imported my phone inventory into BUSY but the tracking features don't seem to be working. What should I do?

You can use tracking feature in BUSY by the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration - feature - general tab - enable maintain tracking number in voucher feature.
Step 2: Then in config tab of the feature specify voucher type in which you want to enable tracking number feature.
Step 3: Enter voucher with maintain tracking number and can check report by display - Tracking number report.

My sales vouchers are not getting uploaded automatically on google drive in BUSY. What should I do?

To upload sales voucher automatically follow the below mentioned steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration
Step 2: Click on Configuration and then Features and option
Step 3: Click on General and look for the option Enable Google drive linked with BUSY and enable that option
Step 4: Specify the E-mail Id on which ID you want to upload data and Authoreised that mail Id
Step 5: Save the changes

I made some changes to original voucher values in BUSY. How can I identify the modified vouchers?

In BUSY if you are using Audit Trail feature then you can identify the modified voucher by using these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Check List.
Step 2: Select Audit Trail and choose user from the dropdown list.
Step 3: Tick on Modified and press OK
Step 4: Enter the date range and report will show you the modified vouchers.

I am having trouble modifying my signature, can you walk me through the steps?

To change signature in invoice you have to take image of you modified signature and name the file same as your user name for company login. 
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration
Step 2 Select features and option then click on general tab
Step 3: Go to maintain use image and signature configuration
Step 4: Change user signature path and mention the folder with new moodified image

Are there any logs or diagnostic tools I can use to troubleshoot issues?

Audit Trail is Used to check the details of Users who has done for masters and transaction related to addition, modification, deletion.logs and history .
