I did not setup Google Drive but BUSY seems to be saving things there. How can I stop that from happening?

To prevent BUSY from saving things to google drive you need to follow the steps 
1 open the company and go to administration menu
2 then click on configuration and click to feature options
3 click on general featuer and make N to enable google drive linked features in BUSY and save
4 open BUSY agent and click on backup configuration google drive and disable it

I am trying to search item name but its not picking up in drop-down list?

If you are trying to search item name but its not picking up in drop-down list please follow given below steps to solve this issue:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then go to configuration button
Step 3: Then click on features and option
Step 4: Then click on general tab
Step 5: Afterwards select intelligent search in master drop-down list option as moderate and save the window

How can I change the name for a payment voucher in the software?

To change the name for a payment in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration.
Step 2: Click on features and options go to general tab
Step 3: Set as Y to change voucher type captions click on configuration tab
Step 4: In payment change caoption as Y and change the name for payment as needed and click on save button.

Where can I find logs of modifications made in BUSY?

You can check modification details if audit trail option is maintain.To view report of Audit Trail please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu
Step 2: Click on Check list
Step 3: In dropdown, select Audit trail
Step 4: Select the user name from whom you want to view report, and select the MODIFY checkbox
Step 5: Specify date range and click OK button

Can BUSY track voucher deletions in audit trail?

You can check deletion record if audit trail option is maintain.To view report of Audit Trail please follow below steps:

How to type in regional languages in BUSY?

To type in regional languages in BUSY, you can use Google Input Tools. It is a free software that allows you to type in various regional languages. You can download and install Google Input Tools on your computer, and then select the desired regional language in general tab. Once selected, you can set second language for printing and can define master name in regional language

To print duplicate invoice once the invoice gets printed, you are required to configure for Print Duplicate Copy while re printing Sales Invoice feature by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration option
Step 2: Choose the features and option then select general tab
Step 3: Specify Y to enable Print Duplicate Copy while re-printing Sales Invoice and save the configuration.

In the general configuration, where can I find the "show end of list in master's drop-down list" option?

To enable end of list option master's dropdown list,follow these steps
Step 1 Open your company
Step 2 Go to administartion and then configuration
Step 3 Select feature/options and Select GENERAL tab
Step 4 Now on right side,enable show end of list in master's dropdown list option
Step 5 Save the window and now while master entry in vouchers,it will show end of list in dropdown list
