BUSY support only one second language for printing. to enable second language print follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration, select configuration option
Step 2: Click feature/option, select General Tab
Step 3: Enable second language support, specify language and its font size
Step 4: Enable second language from invoice/document printing, select voucher type.
Second language need to specified for company and masters to be used in printing

To check report for changes made by one user by Audit trail option, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu,
Step 2: Click on check list option
Step 3: In dropdown option, select Audit Trail, define user name for whom you want to check report
Step 4: Click on Delete check box and specify date range
Step 5: Click on OK button, to view report

How do I link or connect purchase orders, invoices, and item receipts so the software tracks everything together?

To link or connect purchase order, invoices and item receipts to track, you can use tracking feature in BUSY, to enable it follow these steps:
Step 1 : Click on administration
Step 2 : Then configuration
Step 3 :Then features and options
Step 4 ; Click on general tab
Step 5 : Enable tracking features and set as yes for the voucher you want to enable tracking number.

How do I configure software settings like date format, currency, taxation rules etc?

To configure software settings like date format, currency, taxation rules, etc., you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Configuration, then select Features and Options.
Step 2: Then select regional settings; in that window, you can select date format.
Step 3: Choose the currency as you require and set the taxation to GST or VAT to set the taxation rules.

Where is the setting to show/hide user details in BUSY vouchers and masters?

To show or hide user details in master and voucher is used with the option of Audit Trail. To enable this option:
Step 1: Go to the administration menu, click Configuration option
Step 2: Select Feature/Option, click General Tab
Step 3: Enable Show user details in voucher/Master option and save the general tab
You will get to check user deatils in the bottom of voucher or master

How to enable notes manager in BUSY?

Here are the steps for enabling Notes Manager in BUSY :
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on general feature
Step 5: Then enable Notes Manager option as Y and save the configuration
Step 6: Then go to Utilities option
Step 7: select Notes manager and make notes

How do I add or change second languages like Hindi in BUSY?

Second Language is used to print invoice in other language as per your requirement. Firstly install the google input tool of the required language.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: General
Step 5: Enable the second language then select it
Step 6: In Account and Item Master, Mention the second language as per you requirement.

Can I filter audit trail reports by date range in BUSY?

To view report of Audit Trail with define date range, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu
Step 2: Click on Check list
Step 3: In dropdown, select Audit trail
Step 4: Select the user name andd select the ADD, MODIFY or DELETE checkbox
Step 5: Specify date range for which you want to check report and click OK button
