Can you explain the process of updating the hard disk number to the third party?
To update the hard disk number in BUSY Accounting software, you need to unbind it from the system it is currently bound to or provide a separator and mention the number of another hard disk. Only then it will run in the other system. You need to provide the hard disk number of the system where you want to run it.
How do I check who created a voucher in BUSY via audit trail?
To check report for voucher addition by Audit trail option, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu,
Step 2: Click on check list option
Step 3: In dropdown option, select Audit Trail, define user name for whom you want to check report
Step 4: Click on add check box and specify date range
Step 5: Click on OK button, to view report
How do I download and install the DSC/DST software on my computer?
To install DSC or digital signature,you must have setup of dsc software,like of which service provider you are using dsc,install software and then login into it then enable digital signature in BUSY in general tab and it pick details of dsc.And also in system netframework 3.5 must be installed.Further,if there is issue in DSC software installing,you can contact their service provider.
Why am I unable to generate any bills suddenly in BUSY?
There are two reason for not able to generate the bill in BUSY.
Reason 1: If you are working in demo company then will not able to add voucher more than 30 Days.
Reason 2: If you are using audit trail feature which is the part of active BLS, then have to renew either direclty from company end or from dealer end.
Where do I view the audit trail logs in BUSY?
To check report for Audit trail option, follow below steps:

How can I delete or deactivate a signature image?
If you disable option to print user signature it will not print authorised signature in invocies. To disable option follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on the configuration option
Step 3: Click on invoice/document printing
Step 4: Select invoice type in which you want to remove signature
Step 5: Disable option of Print user signature
Step 6: Save the configuration
Can I use audit trail without Gst
Yes you can use audut trail without gst for enable audit trail follow these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in configuration
2. Then go in Features/option then go in general
3. Then enable audit trail feature and save tab
after add entries you can check audit trail Report, Go in Display then go in check list and check audit trail Report.
What should I do if the menus have changed and I can't find the configuration options?
If you want to configure the menu, see the following step to change the menu.
Step 1 Administration Click on Configuration
Step 2 Click on features option then Click on GEneral TAB
Step 3 Now Select the option Changes Voucher Type Caption then Click on Configuration
Step 4 Now Enable the option Change Caption and change Full Name and short name as requried
Why user sign image not showing when print invoice ?
If the user sign image not show when invoice print then follow the steps:
Step 1: Please check the format of the image as JPG
Step 2: Then make sure to specify the size of the image
Step 3: Then ensure to check image name is same as the user name
Step 4: Then ensure to specify correct image path in BUSY
