I created a note but it's not showing up when I open BUSY what should I do?
If not show created notes after open company please follow these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in user
2. Then go in modify and select user
3. Maintain Notes manager y and save configuration
4. Then go in administration then go in configuration
5. Then go in Features/option then go General and check feature enable or not
My data is bind with harddisk in BUSY, how to resolve this?
If your data show bind with Harddisk then follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Open that PC where data is bind
Step 2: Press CTRL+F and select Features and Options
Step 3: Click on General Tab
Step 4: Look for Bind data with specified HDDs click on configuration and remove all HDDs and Disanble that option
Step 5: Save the changes
Why am I unable to see the expense tracking features in BUSY?
To enable expense tracking feature in BUSY you need to follow the steps
Step1 go to administartion and click on configuration and feature options
Step2 click on general feature
Step3 enable maintain tracking number in vouchers
Step4 Click on configuration and enable payment Yes and save
Step5 then while generate payment or expense voucher enable tracking number over there

3. Checklist
4. Audit Trail
5. Select one or multiple users
6. Choose the details you want to display, such as Account Day Book, Inventory Day Book, Payroll Day Book, etc..
7. Select the types of entries to be shown, including Added, Modified, Deleted, etc.
How can I view detailed information about deleted entries using the audit trail in BUSY?
To check report for Audit trail option, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu,
Step 2: Click on check list option
Step 3: In dropdown option, select Audit Trail, define user name for whom you want to check report
Step 4: Click on Delete check box and specify date range
Step 5: Click on OK button, to view report

You can track any changes and movements within the company from the Audit trail or through the User activity log option. An audit trail allows you to check any addition, modification, and deletion at the voucher level or master level, and a User activity log tracks every change that has been done by any user within the company.
