Where can I enable the audit trial feature in BUSY Accounting Software?

You can enable the audit trial feature in BUSY,you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to Administration then Configurations click Features and Options
Step 2 : Click on General tab and enabling the Audit Trail option.

Is there a limit to how many other accounts I can connect to with my BDEP ID?

For BDEP id,it should have unique user name and not same if created for another company,as it can used in one company at a time and cannot use same bdep id at the same time in multiple companies.

The signature image is not appearing properly on my BUSY printed bills. What should I check?

If the signature image is not appearing properly, consider checking the image size and format. Ensure that the image is in either JPEG or PNG format, and confirm that the image size is appropriate for the intended display.

How do I sort or filter data in my custom reports

To sort or filter data in custom reports
1. Open the report.
2. Look for filtering and Searching and Summary options within the report interface.
3. Select the criteria and apply filters or summarize the preferences as needed.
4. View the report.

Customizing tracked fields in BUSY audit trail?

In BUSY, it is not possible to customize the fields that are tracked in the audit trail. The audit trail feature automatically records activities such as creation, modification, and deletion for all transactions, accounts, items, groups, and activities.

I pressed CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+L to open the user log but I'm not sure what to do now. Can you guide me?

When you press CTRL+ ALT+ SHIFT+L on BUSY home screen. It will open Event log you can login using single user or all user and after that define the date range and check the event log report

What should I do if the data does not run even after updating my hard disk number?

If the data does not run even after updating the hard disk number in BUSY then you can send your data to us on support@busy.in to unbind it from hardisk and it would be a chargeable service.

Is there an audit log to see what users accessed?

Yes, there is an audit log in BUSY that allows you to see what users accessed.
We have Audit Trail feature in BUSY through which BUSY you can check what users add, modify and delete in a company

What reports can I generate from audit trail data?

BUSY’s Audit trail feature allows you to track the actions performed by the users on the vouchers and masters. You can see the details of the addition, modification, deletion, and other information of the vouchers and masters.

Why is the data given to me only compatible with a specific hard disk number?

If you have enable the feature of bind data with harddisk then your data would only be compatible with a specific hard disk number. This feature is available in general tab under feature/options in administration menu.
