If all branchs showing same opening balance. Then it is possible that branch wise opening 
not maintained in each ledger master. For this you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open one account master, which opening is showing same in trial balance of all branches.
Step 2. Check option maintain branch wise opening. enable this option(Y)
Step 3: Now distribute the total opening in branch wise opening window.
Step 4: Now check the trial balance it will reflect branch wise separate opening balances.

If you want to maintain branch-wise prices, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Configuration, then select Features and Options, then select Enterprise Features.
Step 2: Then you have to enable multi-branch details. After enabling this option, go to Administration, then select Masters.
Step 3: then select Item, then select ModiFinancial Year, then select the item. In the item master, you will find branch-wise price information.
Step 4: In this window, you can speciFinancial Year the branch-wise price.

If any error coming during synchronization data between HO and BO, please follow the given steps
 Step 1 Go on administration in BO
 Step 2 Click on configuration
 Step 3 Click on feature options 
 Step 4 Enterprise features
 Step 5 Enable HO BO data sync. options
 Step 6 Select here branch and click on configuration
 Step 7 Click on check connection, it should be successful

Multibranch option in BUSY for maintaining the same we need Enterprise edition.
In this we can maintain different location wise data for every branch. And then after doing transaction we can check reports as per location wise.

Step 1:- Administration
Step 2:- Configuration
Step 3:- Features & options
Step 4:- Enterprise
Step 5:- Enable multi branch option
Step 6:- Provide name of Branch
Step 7:- Enbale option Material centre/Voucher series and User. It will auto create all three things and will tagg the same in branch.

need to add some manual entries or adjustments to the head office data then follow these steps 
first you need to enable modification rights for head office transaction created from branch office 
1. go to the configuration under administration menu
2. open configuration and click on enterprise features 
3. click on HO/Bo data sync option
4. select branch and enable to allow modification rights for HO 
5. save the configuration 
6. after that you can add or modify transactions from HO.

in new add multiple vouchers update for sync at once there is no need to select it BUSY automatically sync vouchers but if you want to update old vouchers before sync option enabled follow these steps 
1. go to the data import/export
2. click on bulk data updation to HO 
3. select transaction option 
4. then select date range , voucher type and relevant series
5. after that select vouchers which is you want to sync at once and send data.

In case of intrastate stock transfers, such as transferring goods from one to another within the same state, no GST is applicable. These transfers can be executed using a stock transfer voucher or delivery challan. On the other hand, for interstate transfers, involving the movement of goods from a branch in one state to another branch in a different state, GST is applicable, In such cases, a tax invoice must be raised for the goods being sent.

To transfer stock between branches, you can use the “Stock Transfer” voucher. Just choose the Material centre that matches the branch. This works if you are using the multi branch feature. However, if you are using the Head office & Branch office feature, you cannot transfer stock directly from one branch to another. You have to first transfer stock from the branch office to the head office, and then from the head office to another branch office.

To configure for auto sync data from Branch office to head office, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the Branch office company then Go to administration section.
Step 2: Click on features/options then select enterprises features.
Step 3: Now, Click on branch office configuration then configure for ask or enforce in enable auto data sync field.
Step 4: Next, Select any one option from auto sync required at from company login or company close or periodic and then save the configuration.
