1. The networking between the head office and branch office is not stable and fast.
2. Might be the syncing data is heavy so it will take some time.
3. On branch office and head office's system the same BUSY release are installed.

By creating separate branches series and tagging them to their voucher series group
for the payment and receipt voucher. We can bifurcate it.
Follow the below steps:
Step 1: Ciick on Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Voucher series configurtion
Step 4: Add voucher series in payment and receipt voucher
Step 5: Providing name of voucher series and then select series according to the location.

How do I handle accounting for multiple locations/branches in BUSY?

If you want to manage accounting for different locations or branches in BUSY, you can create seperate branches for each location. This way, you can have separate ledgers, voucher series, and other details for each branch and isolate the transactions from other branches. You can also apply master series grouping to filter the masters in vouchers and reports.

I recently had a system crash and lost data. How can I restore my backup data from July th and sync the data from July st onwards?

To restore a backup file, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Company tab.
Step 2: Click on Restore data and specify the backup path and then click on the OK tab.
Step 3: Then one window will appear for overwrite click on No tab.
After that, synchronize data from exchange data with the HO within the Data Export Import tab.

issue in brach wise data sync to Head office

If issue occur in data sync you can check these steps in Branch company:
1. Go in Administration then go in configuration
2. Then go in Features/option Then go in Enterprise feature
3. Then Go Enable HO/BO Data sync and click on configuration
4. Check company information for data sync is correct or not and click on check connection.

In BO Duplicate Record Sync

If Duplicate voucher with the same voucher number exists in the database then BUSY will not allow to sync from Ho to BO with the required error message further in order to sync data, you need to correct the duplicacy in order to sync from HO to BO.
Note : Please take latest backup before during this process.

getting an error about an instance when trying to connect because of you SQL connectivity if you installed multiple sql manager in system and try to conect with BUSY then you need to specify correct sql server information and TCP sql port details in BUSY for that close another instance or change TCP port .
