accountant doesn't have creation rights in the head office server. to give him creation rights follow these steps 
1. go to the users under administration menu
2. click on BUSY user and select particular user for modify
3.then you can given him menu rights to create masters or vouchers. then save it.

You can use the Auto Sync feature to consolidate the financial data from different branches automatically. This feature allows you to sync the data from all branches to the head office as per your schedule. After the sync is complete, you can view the consolidated financial data of all branches.

To receive the data that the head office sent you, go to the Data Export Import menu and choose the option Exchange Data with HO. To update the changes that the head office made in the configurations, you need to run the Read Head office Configuration under the Branch Configuration.

If you want to chcek Consolidate or branchwise data in BUSY then log in the company as a Super User and Access the specific report you want to review and select the Branch option as either 'ALL' or a specific branch then click in Ok button to view the report

If you want to set the data sync centre to disable or enable by default, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Configuration, then select Features and Options.
Step 2: then select Enterprises, then check the HO/BO Data sync configuration to set it by default.

need to save changes to two bills at once in both the head office system and my local system then follow these 
1. make sure that you allowed voucher modification rights to both offices 
2. after that you can modify voucher in BO location then sync again in Ho

changed some party groups in the software and they seem to have changed automatically after syncing data because of when you change groups it ois not updated in datbase for that you need to run regenerate master help file from house keeping menu then it wil be correctly update

To send a specific voucher type like purchase intent from the branch to the HO, you need to go to the data export import option and select the exchange data with HO option. Then click on the send to HO button to send the data to the head office.

the system runs slow when trying to sync data the reason to causing slow performance is 
1. maybe internet connection would be slow 
2. you data was to heavy 
3.If the system lacks sufficient CPU, RAM, or disk space, it may struggle to handle the data sync process efficiently

Additionally, you can make adjustments by creating journal entries to correct any errors or discrepancies in the accounts.
