We have to check the Following Steps :
Step 1: Adjusted should be proper done according to Job Work ID.
Step 2: Job Work ID should not be blank in voucher.
Step 3: Party name should be same for issue and received for Job Work.

Receipt of Raw Material For Job Work Please follow steps :- Click On
Step 1:- Transaction Tab
Step 2:- Mat. Received from Party
Step 3:- Add
Step 4:- In Type select job work mention details of item such as item name, qty, rate, etc add voucher

Please follow below mention steps for checking pending Job Work Report:-
Step 1: Go to Display Tab,
Step 2: And then select Job Work Report
Step 3: After then Out-Side Job Work Or In-House Job Work 
Step 4: And then select Pending Job Items

Job work done between Two branches / Companies you can use option of inter branch transafer with Stock Transfer voucher. 
Stock transfer voucher define from and to branch then item details. Its track of inventory is also available in Display Tab

For tracking what material issue please refer material issue to party report from Display tab and then job work reports and for what received from vendor refer material received from party report from Display Tab and then Job Work reports

Job Work enabled correctly or not check from Inventory Module. Please follow below mention steps for enable Job Work feature in BUSY:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Configration 
Step 3:- Feature / Option 
Step 4:- Inventory
Step 5:- Enable Job Work feature

Please follow below mention steps for Job work related reports:- 
Step 1:- Display Tab,
Step 2:- Job work reports, In-House Job Work or Out-Side Job Work
Can select report as per your requirement like Job work register, Job work summary, etc

Please follow steps for receipt of material after job work :-
Step 1:- Transation Tab,
Step 2:- Material Recived from Party 
Step 3:- Add
Select Received after Job Work enter Job Worker and Finished goods or consumed goods details and then save

In Job Work configration Option for Job Worker Id. You Can check details of Job Worker id in Job Work report, Or In BUSY there is option for Ledger Tracking. Just Press "Alt+L" and select particular job work ledger

To check job work stock in BUSY,follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and select the job work reports.
Step 2: Issue Receiving option. This will provide a report showing the pending job work and the amount due.
