To add the finished goods receipt voucher in BUSY you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction menu and then select material receipt from party voucher. 
Step 2: Then add all necessary details like party name, type of voucher, item name, qty, price, amount etc to add the voucher.

For link job IDs to inventory items in BUSY. First enable option track goods receivable/ issueable from Job work configration from Inventory Module also enable Job Id option. 
After enable features then create job IDs at the time of voucher issue and it a window open ask for finieshed goods details

For use free quantity in voucher follow these steps:
step 1: Go in administration then go in configuration 
step 2: Go in features/option then go in inventory
step 3: Enable free quantity in vouchers
step 4: Go in transaction and pass voucher and in quantity mention billing quantity plus free quantity with plus sign.

When the JOB ID coming Duplicate, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and then configuration tab
Step 2: and then features and option and then select Inventory tab
Step 3: Here now click on the job work configuration and mention Duplicasy in Job ID set as Do Not Allow. 

After enable Job Work feature from Inventory Module . Please follow below mention steps of material issue to vendors for Job Work. 
Step 1:- Transaction Tab,
Step 2:- Material Issue to Party 
Step 3:- Add, in type select material issue for job work enter vendor and item details then save voucher

Please follow below mention steps for enable job wok option,
Step 1: Administration Tab, 
Step 2: Configration,
Step 3: Features / Option
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable Job Work Click on Checkbox
Configure Details of Job worker it is In House Or Outside
After enable it will refect in Transaction Tab, Material Issue or Received 

Here, are the some steps to follow:
Step 1: The pop-up is asking for the finished goods that will be received because it is necessary to adjust the raw material against which Job ID has been used. 
Step 2: This is done to maintain accurate inventory and accounting records.

For link inventory with Job Work use Material Issue or Material Received Vouchers mention details of inventory link item name, rate, qty and charges
Material Issue Voucher is used to record inventory sent out for Job Work
Material Received Voucher used for Received Finished Goods or In house Job Work

BUSY ensures correct valuation of inventory after job work by using various inventory valuation methods such as FIFO (First-In-First-Out), weighted average, and moving average. These methods help in accurately calculating the cost of goods produced during job work and determining the value of the finished goods in inventory.

In BUSY for record of inventory in color, size, etc. BUSY have parameter option you have to enable from Inventory Module and then enable parameter in item master.
