Frequently Asked Questions

Link of material issue and material received with Job ID are:- 
At the time of issue of Material Issue for Job work create Job ID of a job worker,
After that when received material after Job Work adjust Job ID against the Job Woerker material issued. 
Check details in Job Work reports from Display Tab

To avoid pending issues when submitting entry for job work in BUSY, make sure to properly adjust the entries according to the Job Work ID, ensure that the Job Work ID is not blank in the voucher, and ensure that the party name is the same for both issue and received for Job Work.

Firstly enable challan option from inventory module. Please follow below steps for enable challan option in BUSY:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Configration
Step 3:- Feature / option
Step 4:- Inventory
Step 5:- Enable sale / purchse challan 
Different challan option available for material issue to party vouchers are Sale Challan, Purchase Return challan and Challan Reversal

After enable Job Work feature from Inventory Module . Please follow below mention steps of material received from vendors after Job Work. 
Step 1:- Transaction Tab,
Step 2:- Material Recived from Party 
Step 3:- Add, in type select material received form arty fter job work enter vendor and item details then save voucher

Please follow below mention steps for enable job wok option:- Click On
Step 1:- Administration Tab, 
Step 2:- Configration,
Step 3:- Features / Option
Step 4:- Inventory
Step 5:- Enable Job Work Click on Checkbox
Configure Details of Job worker it is In House Or Outside
After enable it will refect in Transaction Tab, Material Issue or Received

Please follow steps for record of wastage in Job Work :- Click on 
Step 1:- Administration Tab,
Step 2:- Configration
Step 3:- Feature / Option,
Step 4:- Inventory Tab,
Step 5:- Enable Job work 
Step 6:- Configure Job work Option maintain Wastage option 
Further maintain Watage or expense in Material Issue and Received voucher Bill Sundry.

If you want to enter the reversal challan in BUSY you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction menu and then select material issue or receipt voucher.
Step 2: Then click on add option and select type as challan reversal.
Step 3: Then add voucher with necessary information and click on save button.
