In BUSY, We can adjust Sales Quotation in Sales Invoice Through F11 Shortcut Key. Pls Follow the Below Steps:

Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable the Sales Quotation Option
Step 6: Transaction
Step 7: Sales Quotation
Step 8: Add
Step 9: Adjust in the Sales Voucher through F11 Shortcut Key. 
Note : Party Name should be same for adjusting the Quotation in Sales Voucher.

If you want to disable the auto adjustment order references features then please follow the 
given steps
Step 1: Go to administration menu.
Step 2: Then select configuration option.
Step 3: Then select features options.
Step 4: Then select inventory option.
Step 5: Then click on configure option that is in front of enable order processing.
Step 6: Then look for auto create adjust order references and untick to disable and save
 configuration.

If you want to see pending quotations report in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then click on quotation processing 
Step 2: Then click on pending quotations after that you can open sales quotations and purchase quotations as required
Step 3: You can generate the report as item wise or party wise after that you can specify the date range and generate the report

To see which bills are adjusted with the quotations, you can use the Quotation-Wise Statement report. To access this report, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and select Quotation Processing.
Step 2: Select Quotation-wise Statement and click on Sales Quotations
Step 3: Enter the Date Range and open the report with Y on Show Adjustment Details?
Now report will show Quotations with their adjustment details.

To enable the alternative unit feature in BUSY, follow these steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration then Click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features & Options then choose Inventory tab. 
Step 3: Enable the Alternate unit feature then click on Configure option of Alternate Unit.
Step 4: Tick on the option if you want to change Alt Qty & Conversion Factor during voucher entry and then save the configuration. 

To disable free item option in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: You need to take a latest backup of the data
Step 2: Go to administration menu and click on configuration submenu.
Step 3: Then click on feature and option and select inventory feature.
Step 4: After that untick on the option of enable free quantity in voucher displayed in the right side of the panel and save the configuration.

If you modify the bill of material then you need to run the below process to update it production vouchers.
Step 1: Click on administration and then masters
Step 2: Then bill of material and select modify, here enter the raw material details and save it
Step 3: Then bulk updation and regenerate manufacturing vouchers, select the bom and mention the date tick the regenerate bom then press ok

Yes , you can remove the transaction by cancelling the duplicate entry , please follow the below steps : 
Step 1 : Go to transaction Menu 
Step 2 : Select Voucher type to modify or cancelled the voucher 
Step 3 ; Select Modify option
Step 4 : Open the particular voucher no
Step 5 : Click on ALT+X to cancel the voucher 
Step 6 : Save the voucher
