To enable narration in POS data entry, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration.
Step 2: Choose voucher series configuration and select the required voucher type.
Step 3: After select the voucher type, select series for it and then click on voucher configuration option.
Step 4: click configure advance POS option then specify Y for narration reqd. field and save the configuration.

In BUSY, We can maintain Image with Voucher with Voucher Number.
Pls Follow the Below Steps for Voucher Image :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable the Option maintain Image with Voucher.
Step 6: Voucher Series Configuration
Step 7: Select Voucher Type and Series
Step 8: Voucher Configuration
Step 9: Specify the Image Path
Note : Image Format should be in JPEG and PNG.

To set the quantity of the generated product in BUSY,you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration select configuration.
Step 2: Click on features and options go to inventory tab and enable manufacturing features and click on save button.
Step 3: In administration go to Masters and select the option to create Bill of Material in this mention the qunantity of item generated.

Order processing in BUSY, You can follow below steps:
Enable feature:-
Step 1: Go to Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features / Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Click on enable order processing

To enable the scheme fetaure in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and select configuration option.
Step 2: In configuration option select feature and option then click on inventory tab.
Step 3: In inventory tab tick on enable scheme option. 
Step 4: Then go to administration and select masters option. 
Step 5: Under masters option select scheme to add the scheme in BUSY.

BUSY provides quotation option, to enable please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the administartion menu
Step 2: Click on the configuration
Step 3: Click on features/option and select Invetory tab
Step 4: Enable Sale quotation or purchase quotation option save the configuration
Step 5: Save the configuration of Inventory Tab
Step 6: Under Transaction menu, you will provided with a new voucher to record sale quotation entries

To enable quotation feature in BUSY follow below steps:
Step1: Go to administration menu and click on configuration submenu
Step2: Then click on feature and option and select inventory feature
Step3: Enable sale quotation or purchase quotation option shown in the left side of the screen as per your requirement and save the configuration.
Step4: Then go to transaction menu and here you can create quotation invoice 

If the voucher notes option is not showing after pressing the enter on narration then make sure you have enable the notes features for the voucher from the inventory option.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configurations
Step 3: Then Features and Options
Step 4: Then Inventory
Step 5: Enable the option maintain image and notes with the masters and vouchers.

In BUSY, you can hide the material center option at voucher entry in BUSY in case of having single material center. You can follow these steps to hide material center field in voucher:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose features and option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Now, Untick on enable multi godown inventory feature and save it.
