Frequently Asked Questions

The different types of pricing modes in BUSY, are:
1. Show Party's Last prices in Sales Voucher
2. Party-Item-wise Price/Discount Structure
3. Item-wise quantity-wise price/Discount Structure
4. Multiple Price Lists for Items 
5. Last Item Price
6. Default (Pick from the Item Master)
7. Treat MRP As Sale Price

To enter previous year's financial data into the current year, you need to change the financial year to the previous year and enter the data. Then, change the financial year to the current year and carry forward the balances to see the impact.

To resolve this issue ,please follow below steps: 
Step 1: Open and modify  the item from the master.
step 2:  Check the Pricing details and verify the information. 
Step 3: Update the last year closing balance properly through the change FY .

To increase the decimal places of inventory in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Choose features and option then select inventoy tab.
Step 3: Now, Update the quantity decimal places and save the configuration.

To enable a challan feature in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select feature/options and click on inventory option.
Step 3: Then mark tick on enable sale/purchase challan option and then click on save button.

If the material center option not showing in master menu, then follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Choose the features and option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Enable Multi godown feature and save the configuration.

Please follow steps for disable of material centre:- 
Step 1:- Administration Tab,
Step 2:- Configration,
Step 3:- Feature / Option 
Step 4:- Inventory,
Step 5:- Uncheck the multi - location option 
Note:- This option only disable when you had not entered any transaction particular year

To disable MRP wise pricing, you need to follow these steps : 
Step 1 : Go to adminitration the configuration click on features and options 
Step 2 : Go to inventory tab and disable  MRP-wise details and click on save button.

To enable manufacturing feature in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Inventory tab.
Step 3: Check the box next to Enable Manufacturing Features and save changes.

The method available to calculate stock value in BUSY is:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration.
Step 2: Select features and options and go to inventory tab.
Step 3: Now set stock valuation method as needed like FIFO, LIFO, last purchase, etc.
