In BUSY, you can set various types of pricing modes for your items which are:
1. Default ( Pick from the Item Master).
2. Multiple Price List ( Can set prices from A-Z category wise).
3. Party Item wise price structure.
4. Quantity wise price structure.
5. Last party's price.

For Creating Delivery Challan from BUSY, Follow below steps:
1. Go to Administration-Configuration - Feature& option - Inventory - Enable Sale/Purchase Challan
2. After enable this, go to Transaction Menu - Material issue to party/material received from party - from here you can enter delivery challan

You can enable check last price during sale or purchase of the item while voucher entry and for enabling the option you can go to inventory tab in feature menu - and enable show last transaction during sale or show last transaction during purchase.

If you want to check the data as accounting basis , please follow the below steps , 
Step 1: Go to Display menu . 
Step 2 : Select financial reports
Step 3 : Selc t and view the Balancesheet report to check the all data

No, If any voucher exists in database then you cannot change the multi godown inventory option after enabling it at the item level in BUSY. You will have to remove all the bills first and then it can be changed at the voucher level.

To add new product categories in the BUSY inventory module, you can go to the Configuration menu and select the Inventory option. From there, you can click on the Category option and then click on the Add button to create a new product category.

To change the stock valuation method in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Choose the features and option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Now, update the stock valuation method as per requirement and save the configuration.

To enable sales order feature in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on cnfiguration
Step 2: Click on features/option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Enable order processing then click on configure tab and configure as per need then save it.

To maintain MRP wise pricing, you need to follow these steps : 
Step 1 : Go to adminitration the configuration click on features and options 
Step 2 : Go to inventory tab and disable or enable MRP-wise details and click on save button.

In BUSY, you need to put the free quantity manually in quantity column after putting plus sign. Fo example, if you are seeling 10 quantity and provide 1 quantity as free then you need to mention 10+1 in quantity column during voucher entry.
