Step 2 : Most item-wise reports, such as Item Sales Summary or Sales Register,will include a section that displays discounts provided. Click on the item-wise report that suits your needs.
Step 3 : If you need a more customized report or want to include specific discount-related fields, you can use the software's custom report feature. Look for options like Customize Report or Add Fields to tailor the report to your requirements. In this step, you can add a discount field to the report.

How to use the batch wsie details feature in BUSY?

To use the batch wise details feature in BUSY then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on administation and then configuration
Step 2: Then features and options and choose the inventory tab
Step 3: Select the batch wise details and click on configure to choose the required details for expiry date,manufacturing dateor other detals then save it.
Step 4: Go to the administration then masters, select the item then add or modify. in the right bottom you have to enable the batch wise details option then save it.
Step 5: When you add the purchase voucher from transactions then batch wise window get open after entering the item.you have to add the batch number and expiry or manufacturing details after that during the sales voucher you acn adjust it batch and view report in under display menu.

How can I ensure invoice numbers are generated sequentially automatically?

Adjust these formatting options if needed. Step 3 : After making the necessary adjustments, save your changes in the voucher series configuration window. Step 4 : To test the corrected numbering, create a new voucher or invoice. The numbering should now follow the corrected configuration.

Serial number feature is available in the Standard and Enterprise Model.The Serial Number Feature is mostly used for maintaining the Mobile Serial number. We can maintain either manually or automatic Serial number as per your needs.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Click on Administration and then configuration
Step 2: Then features and options and choose Inventory
Step 3: Enable the Serial No. Wise Details with required option as per your need and save it
Step 4: Go to administration and then item master, here open it in modify or add and enable the Serial No. option then select either automatic or manual.
Step 5: During voucher entry, Serial number will get maintain for an Item and after that adjust it in the sales voucher. you can check the serial wise details report under display menu.

Step 3: Enable the Serial No. Wise Details with required option as per your need.
Step 4: Maintain Item Serial Number Warranty Also
Step 5: Open the Item Master , Enable the Serial No. option then Select either Automatic or Manual. Mention the Warranty for Sale and Purchase. During voucher entry can change the warranty if required.
Step 6: During voucher entry, Serial number will get maintain for an Item and after that adjust it in the sales voucher.
Step 7: For Reports, Under Display Menu can check in Serial No. wise Reports.
