On the other hand, if you need to split batches of items, the process involves creating new batches and replacing the existing ones. This ensures that you can maintain precise control over your inventory records, enabling you to effectively manage and manipulate item data as needed within your inventory management system.

Is there any batch feature available in BUSY or not?

Yes, Batch feature is available in BUSY for using this you have to follow below
given steps:-
Step1: Go in Administration menu.
Step2: Then click on configuration tab then feature and option.
Step3: Then click on Inventory tab and enable Batch wise feature from there. click on
configure button to configure it as per your requirement.
Step4: Now enable batch option within item master as well.
Step5: Now at the time of purchase of that item in puchase voucher after enter on Unit
column a Batch wise window will appear you have to input batch number there.
Step6: Then at the time of billing in sale voucher you have to adjust those batches that
you want to adjust.

BUSY is showing the wrong total quantity when I print invoices. How can I troubleshoot this?

With BUSY you can manage your inventoy batch number wise and also can maintain its manufacturing and expiry dates. You can keep track your batch wise inventory by using the Batch-wise Reports.
To know how to enable batch wise feature in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Configuration and click on Features / Options.
Step 3: Click on Inventory tab and here enable the Batch-wise Details feature then configure it as required.
Step 4: You also need to enable the feature in individual items.
Note: The batch wise feature is not available in the basic edition of BUSY.
