How do I set a prefix for auto-generated serial numbers in BUSY?

Step 1: In BUSY software, you can define the structure of your serial numbers. This may involve specifying the format, including any alphanumeric characters, separators, or placeholders. Ensure that the structure aligns with your business needs and compliance requirements.
Step 6: BUSY software will automatically generate unique serial numbers based on the structure and frequency you specified. This greatly reduces the chances of duplicate serial numbers.
Step 2 :To set a prefix for auto-generated serial numbers in BUSY, you need to go to the auto-generate section and specify the desired prefix. This prefix will be added to the serial numbers generated by the software.

issue in paramter wise data feeding unable to enter it in invoice?

Parameter dropdown not showing while generating transaction to enabled parameter follow these steps 
1. go to the configuration under administration menu
2. click on the features and options then open inventory tab
3. there you can find parameterised option enabled it.
4. click on configuration tab
5. specifiy no of parameters you want and configure it.
6. also there is other information you can configure it as per require.
7. then save configuration
9. also in item master you need to eable parameters details option and the save it.
10.after that you can enter transaction and after select item and qty parameter screen will be auto open.

How can I create batch numbers and print them?

To create batch number you have to enable batch number feature :
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration
Step 2: Select features options then select inventory feature
Step 3: Enable batch wise details
Step 4: Now go to master and item then modify and select item
Step 5: Enable batch wise details in item master
Step 6: After selecting item when posting voucher batch details window will appear and mention batch number
Step 7: For print batch number in invoice go to administration then configuration
Step 8: Go to invoice document printing then standard
Step 9: Select invoice type and mention yes in print batch wise

How can I add batch numbers and expiry dates for items in BUSY?

Batch Wise Feature is used moslty for pharmaceutical with their Manufacturing & Expiry Date.
Pls Follow the Below Steps:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable the Batch wise feature then Select the Date format for Manufacturing and Expiry.
Step 6: Tick on Maintain Sales price
Step 7: Enable the Batch wise feature from Item Master.
Step 8: During Purchase voucher entry, Batch wise window will popup in item then mention the batch details & adjust that batch in Sales.
Step 9: Can check report in Display under Batch wise details.
