To enable batch number wise deatil while creating voucher:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on Inventory feature
Step 5: Press F3 for search any feature and type batch wise detail
Step 6: Then enbale batch wise detail and click on configure box and configured it a sper your requirement
Step 7: Then save the configuration
Step 8: Then while creating invoice batch wise deatils window will appear then mention batch no. and save the invoices
Note : Make sure to enable batch wise details in item master
parameterized stock is not showing properly in the parameterized report, what should I do?
parameterised stock not showing proper in parameterised report, follow these steps:
1. go to the configuration under administration menu
2. click on the features and options then open inventory tab
3. there you can find parameterised option enabled it.
4. click on configuration tab
5. specifiy no of parameters you want and configure it.
6. also there is other information you can configure it as per require.
7. then save configuration
9. also in item master you need to eable parameters details option and the save it.
10.after that you can enter transaction and after select item and qty parameter screen will be auto open.

To enter size for a product in an sales voucher in BUSY , you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration
Step 2: Features and Options go to inventory tab and enable Parameterized Details and configure the measurement in number of parameters and click on save button.
Step 3: Now go to item master under administration and enable Paratmerized details in item and click on save button.
Step 4: Transactions menu add purchase voucher define product size and at time of sale voucher size will automatic show in dropdown select and sale.

Step 1: Go to administration menu then configuration then feature
options.
Step 2: Then select inventory option.
Step 3: Then select parameterized details then click on configure.button.
Step 4: Then select specify no of parameters and enter 2.
Step 5: Then click on configure then enter size in parameter 1 then enter
price in parameter 2 then ok.and save the configuration.

Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose features and option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Click on configure tab for serial number wise details then tick on maintain item serial number warranty also then save it.
Step 4: Now, Go to administration section then click on master and select item option.
Step 5: Click on modify tab then access the required master and update the warranty month in item serial numbering tyep and warranty details window.
Step 6: After configure the warranty, save the master.

To do stock-take and adjust stock discrepancies in BUSY, you can follow these steps: 1. Go to Administration. 2. Select Configuration. 3. Choose Features & Options. 4. Click on Accounts. 5. Go to Balance Sheet Stock Updation. 6. Adjust the stock discrepancies by updating the stock A/c accordingly (By clicking closing stock.) 7. Perform the stock-take by physically counting the items in your inventory through Stock journal. 8. Compare the physical count with the stock quantity recorded in BUSY. Please note that it is recommended to take a backup before making any adjustments to ensure data safety.
