If you are creating a new item and the warranty option isn't enabled, then you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Masters, then select Item, then click on Modify.
Step 2: Select the item in which the warranty option is not enabled. In this item master window, you will find the option serial number wise details. Set it to Yes.
Step 3: After enabling this, you will find the option in the voucher level. After selecting the item, you will find the warranty option.

2. Closing Stock Report according to Stock valuation report like LIFO,FIFO, Weighted Average.

I want to maintain stock in BUSY based on MRP. Can I also use parameters for the same item?

No, MRP wise Details and Parameterized Details feature cannot be used for the same item. Further can maintain MRP option in parameter feature,follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Click on Features/Options and then choose the Inventory option.
Step 3: Enable Parameterized Details feature and then click on configure tab and tick on maintain MRP option.
Step 4: Now enable Parameterized Details feature from the item master and can specify MRP at the time of purchase voucher in the parameter window.
