To set up BUSY for automatic calculation of free and additional quantities according to sales quantity, follow these steps: First, enable the scheme within Features & Options and then Inventory section. Then, proceed to create the scheme master by navigating to Administration and then Master. Here, you can define the necessary scheme based on the required quantity parameters.

BUSY software having inbuilt option to create a custom report with addityional column and save the same with your required name and you can also assign to right user who can see this report. after saving that report it can be open by super user or assigned user whoes one given rights at the toime of report creating,

Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration button
Step 3: Then click on features and option button
Step 4: Then click on inventory tab
Step 5: Then tick the parameterized details option and then click on configure button
Step 6: Then select the default BCN generation mode as automatic and configure it as required and save the changes

There could be several reasons why a new product or item is not showing as expected. :
1) Product /item approval pending
2) Master series feature enabled and tagging not done for this user
3) Filter value for item dropdown enabled
4) Product/ Item Deactivated
5) The Item Party filter feature enabled
6) Sometimes data issues -keep backup and run regenerate master help file

In BUSY, you can generate the barcode number automatically or manually. If you proceed for automatic mode of barcode generation then you will get two options:
1. Continuous number: The barcode number will generate on a continuous basis with defined prefix.
2. Item parameter value: The barcode number will be generated as per the structure configured with parameter components.

Step 1 :If, for any reason, you need to manually enter serial numbers (not recommended to avoid duplicates), make sure to cross-check them against the automatic numbering system to avoid duplications.
Step 2 : If the duplicate serial no entered , at the entry mode software will prompt for to select correct product regaurding same serail no .

Here are the some below steps to follow:
Step 1: The  adding some items in the wrong parameter category due to incorrect categorization or improper configuration of the inventory configuration. 
Step 2: It is recommended to ensure consistent parameter configuration and accurately tagged all transactions to maintain the of your inventory and financial data in the BUSY.

In BUSY, you can show different discount rates to different customers on the invoices by using the Price List feature. This allows you to create multiple price lists with different discount rates and assign them to specific customers. By selecting the appropriate price list for each customer, the corresponding discount rate will be applied to their invoices.

Data backup scheduling is facilitated through another utility known as BUSYAgent. This tool allows you to schedule backups either locally or on Google Drive, with the flexibility of selecting up to three automatic backups daily, as outlined in our provided schedule. Additionally, BUSYAgent provides the option to define the duration for retaining data from the last backup

To avoid duplicate batch-wise inventory items in BUSY,you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration and then click on configuration.
Step 2: Select features and options and go to inventory tab.
Step 3: Click on configure button for batch wise details, in that allow duplicate batches set it as dont allow and click on ok and save button.
