To check the history of serial no follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display option then select query system option.
Step 2: Then select query on item serial no option to view the history of that serial no.
Step 3: If details are not showing then resave the purchase voucher in which that serial no was added.

To enable the serial number feature in BUSY, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration section and select features and option.
Step 2: Choose inventory tab then enable serial number wise details then click on configure tab.
Step 3: Nw, configure the feature as per need then save it.

If barcode numbers are not showing for a particular item in BUSY, then might be these possible reasons:
1. Might be the feature of Maintain BCN in the item master is disabled.
2. There mighe no opening or purchase exist with barcode numbers for that item.
3. May be stock is zero of all barcodes for that item.

In BUSY if is possible for merge and spilt batches at the time of creating batch reference.
For Merging while add any batch reference append that batch with that batch you wants to merge
For spiliting batch when add reference for batch add qty of different batch so it will spilted qty show with different batch no.

In BUSY Software, the inventory module is enabled by default, so there is no need to manually enable it in BUSY to access and utilize inventory management features. The software is designed to seamlessly integrate inventory functionality, allowing you to efficiently manage your stock and related transactions without any additional setup or activation.

If an item stop prompting for batch deails then please follow the given 
steps
Step 1: Go to administration menu then master then item then modify.
Step 2: Then select item and check batch wise details are set to Y.
Step 3: Now while doing entry with this item it will show you batch 
 prompt.

In BUSY Accounting software, it is not possible to maintain warranty for a product without entering its serial number. Serial number tracking is necessary to maintain warranty details. While you can enter warranty details in the item description without entering a serial number, the tracking option is not available in the item description.

To get warning for BCN negative stock warning, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration option
Step 2: Choose the features and option then select the inventory tab
Step 3: Click on configuration for parameter details feature then select allow with warning for adjustment W/O stock and save the configuration.
