To correct a mistake made on a saved invoice in BUSY, you can open the invoice and make the necessary changes to the incorrect details. Once the corrections are made, you can save the invoice again with the updated information.

How do I restore my data if something goes wrong during the batch adjustment process?

To restore your data if something goes wrong during the batch adjustment process, you can use the backup file that you have previously taken. Simply restore the backup file to your BUSY to revert back to the previous data.

What if I don't have the serial number for a product I'm invoicing in BUSY?

If you don't have the serial number for a product you're invoicing in BUSY, you will need to obtain the serial number before entering it into the invoice. Each product should have a unique serial number assigned to it.

How can I configure BUSY to ask for certain parameters like size or color?

Go to Administration Configurationand then Feature and option and then Inventoryand then Parameterize details 
From there, you can specify the number of parameters you want to configure and set them accordingly, such as adding size and color as parameters.

Is there an option to maintain stock levels for each batch?

Yes, in BUSY, you can maintain stock levels for each batch by tracking according to batches which have been maintained during purchase and adjusting it in the sales voucher. You can check the batch-wise report under the Display Menu.

Yes, you can export Serial no data from BUSY to Excel or other tools for analysis. BUSY provides the option to export data in XML format, which can be further processed and analyzed in Excel or other compatible tools.

If you had enabled option of serial/lot no. from inventory tab and maintain inventory with lot no. please follow below mention steps for tracking inventory:- Click On
