If you want to generate balnce sheets then please follow the given steps 
Step 1: Go to display menu then final result.
Step 2: Then balance sheet then horizontal standard
Step 3: Then select option as per your requirement and enter the date
 Then Ok.
Step 4: Then your balance sheet will get open in front of you.

If the bank account balance display old balance in balance sheet after delete bank entries in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping section then click on update master balance.
Step 3: Click on ok tab then check the balance sheet report after complete the process.

Resons for not being able to generate balance sheet is :
 Step 1 : Current year could not set in BUSY
 Step 2 : User has no rights
 Step 3 : Sofware update
 Step 4 : Server issue
 Step 5 : Verify your account master setting
 Step 6 : filter is set in report

To generate financial reports in BUSY but the totals or balances seem incorrect, you need to update your balance. To do this, you need to go to the housekeeping option, select the update master balances, and run the update master balance utility by pressing OK. After this, you can check the accurate report.

In BUSY balance sheet report is auto-populated as per data feed you can check it by following steps:
Step 1: Go in display section.
Step 2: Select final results option.
Step 3: Click on balance sheet.
Step 4:  Select report as horizontal, vertical as per your requirement.
Step 5: Define the desired date, then open the report.

Here are some reasons to check :
Step1; Verify that entries for revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity are correctly recorded.
Step 2:Ensure that exchange rates are accurately set and applied.
Step 3: Verify that units (e.g., quantities, shares) are consistent across transactions and calculations.
Step 4; Check the balancesheet or profit and loss with proper ratios

To view the balance of any particular date in BUSY, follow below steps
Step 1: Go to display menu and then submenu final results
Step 2: Then go to Balance sheet then select horizontal standard 
Step 3: After that select date range and other details as per your requirement and then press on ok.

You can check Financial statment or final results in form of balance sheet profit and loss and trail balance .your can maintain accounting with inventory.

In BUSY, you only need to add your business transactions like Sales/ Purchase/ Receipt/Payment Etc.
BUSY will automatically create final report according to the entered transactions.
