To print the trading account report in BUSY then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on print email sms and then final results
Step 2: Then balance sheet horizontal and tick the trading account option then ok.select the date range for which you want to view the report.

To compare current and previous year balance sheet you need to follow the steps 
1 Go to display menu and click on final results 
2 click on balance sheet then click on horizontal standard
3 then select date range and enable the option show previous year balances also

If you are facing a mismatch issue in balance sheet, then you should follow these steps:
Step 1: Take backup of your company.
Step 2: Open your company then go to housekeeping menu and select update master balances option.
Step 3: Run this process and check after complete it.

For Print financial statement follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Go to Print/Email/SMS Menu. 
 Step 2: Select Balance Sheet. 
 Step 3: Click on Horizontal standard. 
 Step 4: Tick on Balance sheet Profit and Loss Trading account As per your requirement then Ok.

Steps to resolve different errors while open the company.
 Step:1 Take a latest backup of the company.
 Step:2 Go to housekeeping and click on reindex database option.

To change the opening balance in BUSY, you will need to adjust the closing values for the previous financial year. The opening balance is linked to the previous year's closing balance, so it can only be changed at the beginning of the financial year.

If the balance is not updating in balance sheet after made changes in group tagging, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping then click on update master balance
Step 3: Click on ok then complete the process.
