In BUSY, you only need to add your business transactions like Sales/ Purchase/ Receipt/Payment Etc.
BUSY will automatically create final report according to the entered transactions.
For checking Final reports in BUSY you can go to:
Step 1: DisplayDisplay 
Step 2: Final Results
Step 3: Balance Sheet/ Profit & Loss A/c/ Payment & Receipt A/c

To generate financial report in BUSY, you need to follow:
 Step 1 : CLick on display
 Step 2 : Final results
 Step 3 : Balance Sheet
 Step 4 : Horizontal standard
 Step 5 : Select the full financial year date range
 Step 6 : Open financial report and check

To correct entries or values in your financial statements in BUSY, you can go to the respective voucher or report and make the necessary changes. You can edit or delete the incorrect entries and enter the correct values. Make sure to review and verify the changes before finalizing them.

To generate financial report in BUSY, you need to follow:

 Step 6 : Open financial report and check

To view balance sheet in BUSY, process the following steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu and then submenu final results
Step 2: Then go to Balance sheet then select horizontal standard option
Step 3: After that select date range and other details as per your requirement and then press on ok

To check the difference of 2 lakh in the balance sheet then you have to open it in short range in balance sheet then you will get a particular date from which the mismatch is coming then correct it that entering by opening the report in day book.

In BUSY, We can view,customize as per our requirement and export the Financial reports.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Click on Display
 Step 2: Then Final Results
 Step 3: Then Balancesheet, Profit and Loss account , Payment and Receipt and Income and Expenditure Account.

To confirm the company data is correct , please follow beloow steps : 
Step 1: To check the Finel reuslts reports from the Display menu . 
Step 2: Check Profit and Loss or Balancesheet Report . 
Step 3: To verify the stocks , chek the Stock report .  

If your duties and taxes column is moved from the left to the rights side there could be the several reasons of it:
1. Using older version of BUSY
2. Checking wrong head in balance sheet
3. Wrong mapping and tagging of accounts
4. Disturbance in the allignment of balance sheet

To create a Balance sheet for a company at the end of the financial year in BUSY :
Step 1: Go to display then final results
Step 2: Now go to Balance sheet then select horizontal standard 
Step 3: Select date range of complete financial year and open report
