To generate financial statements in BUSY, Please follow the steps : Step 1: Open BUSY.
 Step 2: Find the Display section.
 Step 3: Choose the financial statement you need, like a profit and loss report or a balance sheet.
 Step 4: Click on it.
 Step 5: The software will make the report using the information you put into the system.

To generate Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Final Results.
 Step 2: Choose the Profit & Loss A/c or Balance sheet option.
 Step 3: Enter the date range and open the report. 
 You will see the selected report of selected period.

To check profit of current year in BUSY, follow below step:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Final Results submenu
Step 2: Then go to profit and loss account and then select horizontal standard option
Step 3: Now select date range and other features as per your requirement and then press on ok to view profit and loss account.

If you want to see Profit & Loss in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and choose the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab and click on Final Results.
Step 2: Choose the Profit & Loss A/c option and specify the date range. You will see a report of that period.

If you want to view Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company, then go to the Display tab and click on Final Results.
Step 2: Choose the Profit & Loss A/c or Balance sheet option.
Step 3: Enter the date range and you will see a report of that period.

To view the net profit or loss of your company, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then select final results option.
Step 2: Select profit and loss account and select horizontal (standard).
Step 3: Enter the date range then press ok to open the report and you will see the net profit or loss here.

Sometimes, the Profit and Loss statement shows a mismatch because the closing stock may not be updated. To enable the settings, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Administration.
2. Access Configuration.
3. Choose Features and Options.
4. Go to Accounts.
5. Under Balance Sheet Stock Updation, select Stock Status.
6. Then check again showing mismatch then take a backup 
7. Rewrite the A/c books

To troubleshoot and fix incorrect totals in P&L in BUSY, you should check if all transactions are properly categorized and if there are any duplicate entries. You can also try running a report for a specific date range to identify any discrepancies. If the issue persists, you may need to seek assistance from BUSY support.

BUSY showing profit and loss account in your personal account because its a default option but if you want to see payments receipt then follow the steps 
 Step1 go to display manu and click on final results 
 Step2 Then click on Payment Receipt account then select month or date range and Ok

The date range for the quarterly profit and loss reports will depend on your financial year end date. For example, if your financial year ends on March 31, then the first quarter will be from April 1 to June 30, the second quarter will be from July 1 to September 30, and so on.
